Pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone after 11mins of the line ringing. Doesn’t take messages. Doesn’t call when meds have been sent to them for 2 weeks. Joke of a pharmacy. I tried to contact them for 2 separate days Pharmacist returned my call to discuss my missed call. Stated the script sent by PCP had a different city listed so they never filled it. I never got a call regarding this medication or to clarify the address. They simply left the script on hold without attempting to contact the patient for 1.5 weeks. Been without meds for 2 days, now it needs to be sent out to a different pharmacy. Changing review from 1 star to 3 star due to them attempting to make things right, but still causing delay of care
