I have had no problems.I call in my scripts via live person they say when would you like to pick it up I tell them could be in a hour could be next day but whenever I get there they are always ready I even ask for other family members when …
I've consistently had excellent customer service experiences with both the specialty and community pharmacy groups for over two years now. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. …
Very Rude Staff, I have been twice and both times very very Rude. I was very ill picking up Nausea meds and was very dizzy. Both the staff members laughed at me as I was heaving and I became dizzy. The girl asked are you okay? I stated no …
The Specialty Pharmacy suffers from extremely poor communication. They made errors in billing the same medication 3 different times. I had to delay starting my medication, then missed the subsequent doses. They staff was friendly and apologetic, and I'm sure they're understaffed and overworked.
Good services. Probably more safer than any pharmacy in Berkshire County.
If a zero star review was possible I would leave it. I’ve been without my meds for days, I keep calling to get them transferred, which I am then assured they will be, and they never are, call to check on the status of the transfer and it’s as if I never even called in the first place. Terribly run. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere.
Customer service here is great. We used to go to Walgreens and recently just switched to this pharmacy because of how we were treated. And I have to say the workers here are pretty friendly and helpful. The wait time isn’t too bad either. I …
Expect to wait. Expect less than friendly service. Expect for your stuff not to be ready. Call ahead, though they probably won't answer the phone
Very quick although it was pretty busy. No ine arguing about the script they "were supposed to get" though on this visit.
Best pharmacy I have delt with. After Rite Aid sold the new Walgreens pharmacist are completely incompetent and make you wait up to 2 hours in stroe prescription fills (should be 15 mins) and give you addittudes and complain.
