Great pharmacy and friendly people. I’d recommend it! Unlike every other pharmacy in the city they don’t give you a hard time when you need/want to get your prescription a day or two early. Other pharmacy’s around here are very judgmental about some medications and discriminate against people on them and say that the insurance company won’t fill them early, but I found out that that is a complete lie and I never realized I was being discriminated against because of my medications. Standard fills them 1-3 days early which is absolutely great because in the past those pharmacy’s didn’t have any in stock on the day they were due! Making me stress and run around two other pharmacies to see if they have in stock which is so unprofessional believe Standard pharmacy does not discriminate because of her medication you’re on and they have great with information wicked friendly staff Rite Aid review. I have no idea why someone said different but it’s Probably because they were rude absolutely recommend no judgment here and no discrimination absolutely recommend and hands-down, the best pharmacy in forever Swansea Somerset, etc.

Update: 6 stars is not a choice! Standard is such a pleasure to deal with. All staff members are knowledgeable and super friendly. Best pharmacy in Fall River! I've always been disillusioned by how inefficient CVS is, not to mention their customer service is horrible. I pulled all my prescriptions and brought them to Standard without a glitch. Staff here are over the top friendly, super efficient and best of all they're cheaper than CVS. This is a locally owned and operated pharmacy that's been around for decades!

The staff are always helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Whether you leave with your medication or there's an issue with your insurance, prior authorization etc. They always get to the bottom of the issue and make sure you know who to call or what to do. Other places can leave you confused but they seem to really care

Very unprofessional and imature from the top all the way down!! No matter how many times I ask for flip tops because I have pain in my hands they still give me screw caps!! They also don't deliver my meds when needed!!!

Don’t go here if you can help it. I have never seen such an unprofessional group. The staff is rude and disorganized. I have been picking up my prescriptions from there for years and I finally had enough and decided to switch to Walgreens. My prescription is hardly ever ready to be picked up when I get there even when I call for it days in advanced. I always have to guess whether or not it’s ready because they don’t let you know. This last time I called before I went just to be sure it was ready and they said yes. When I get there I’m told to wait because they need to bag it so I wait around for 15 minutes just for them to tell me that they have to order it and I have to come back next week. They constantly lie and there have been a couple of times when they have given my prescription away to other people which makes sense because they almost never ask for any personal information to verify that person in the first place. I’m very uncomfortable whenever I go there because they don’t respect anyone’s privacy and often shout-out personal information so that others know exactly what you’re picking up and who you are. What a mess. They all need to be retrained.

Horrible lack of coordination. Unprofessional staff, from sales associate, to pharmacy tech, to pharmacist. Prescriptions are NEVER refilled on time... when arriving 2 days after calling in a refill, medications STILL haven't been dispensed... then when you arrive to get your prescriptions, the staff treat you as an inconvenience and as though it's the patient's/customer's fault the medications aren't ready. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I've been going there since Devillas on Brayton Ave. closed and Standard took there customer's after having them train and meet the customers.They are by far the best in customer service, professional and well informed about the customers …

Best pharmacy ever. Kendrick is the best pharmacist ever. Always ther to help answers every question. Isabel best customer service ever. they are what makes this pharmacy.to the owners don't ever losr them.
