Quick and easy medication pick up. I walked inside; I did not use the drive-through. The cash register person was pleasant and quick. The pharmacist had to speak to me about a possible drug interaction. He is also friendly and uses terms that are easy to understand. So. Overall, it was excellent. And I've no complaints.

I really like the way the pharmacist is always offering input and asking you if you have any questions.

Today I went into CVS to pick up my prescription that their notifications have been hounding me about for the past week while on vacation. I came back yesterday and am leaving tomorrow to take care of my 89 year old mother that broke her arm. Upon arrival I was told that their prescription system is down and have no idea when it will be back up. My prescription is ready and they had no back up system to dispense it. I do not live in Adrian and decided to have lunch and come back. When I got back I was told that although the pharmacy has been closed all morning, they were closed for lunch. Once again this pharmacy has no ability to provide customer service on any level. When asked if they could manually figure out how to just take cash and give change, they had no clue. Yes I was upset and my voice was raised and I was admonished for yelling by an employee. They must not know what yelling is. There was no empathy for the customer or customer service. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN.

What great customer service I received today from Xander who was working the Pharmacy Drive -thru window. What a friendly guy, who is confident in what he is doing and it is hard not to see it. He does his job well!. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise with helping me navigate through setting up my profile in your system to include my kids names to pop up under my name at the pharmacy. He made things more efficient for now and in the future. It is refreshing to see that there are still people that enjoy their jobs and know how to treat their customers 😀 I will be back to this location and I will be telling all my friends about the great customer service I received at this location.

Once again, closed 15 minutes early with lights on and door locked. Needed 1 item and would have been in and out before close. Saw dude with his coat on, knocked on door and he just walked away.

Nice pharmacy. They are always helpful and on top of things. My family and I recently moved to the Adrian area for Monroe Michigan. The difference in the CVS in Adrian is night and day compared to our old cvs. This VVS is clean and very well-kept. The customer service is outstanding. The pharmacist always informs you about your medications and possible side effects. Everybody in our family has transferred their prescriptions to here

I really hate to rate CVS so low how ever they have a great reputation of buying up all of the small mom-and-pop shops that we like going to because we can get our medication in 15 minutes to 30 minutes and they have done this now to myself at least twice in the last 4 years they simply make the owners of the mom and pop shop and offer they cannot refuse and then they bring them to work at CVS. What I don't like about this is 90% of the time it takes them 5 hours to fill a couple medications or it's excuse after excuse on the telephone about how they don't have enough workers and everybody's begging for a job. I am definitely not one to leave reviews like this and it is probably one of my first however I have had nothing but bad luck with this CVS and time management but if you're going to buy up every company in Adrian then you better have your company fast and on time with staff. when you say an hour and then it should be ready in an hour to an hour and a half not five hours. I'm very sorry for you folks to hear this but it's my honest opinion and that's why I am a contributor to this. They do have great stuff there it's a little pricey but I'm so disappointed in their Pharmacy although they do have two great people from Adrian Family Pharmacy that they hired when they bought them out and them guys are good people it's just some of the other people. hope you all understand where I'm coming from
