Best Pharmacy in Central Mississippi. I have been with Walgreens and Philadelphia and Mississippi for years. I continue to have problems out of Walgreens, so I switched to Moores pharmacy and I have never had a problem out of them yet. I absolutely love Moore’s pharmacy.

Moore's has the absolute greatest staff ever. They go above and beyond to help me with any needs or questions I have.

Stopped in from out of town and staff couldn’t have been more unpleasant , was looking for some seasonal allergy medication and children's Tylenol and staff gave the kind of care you would get at a McDonald’s .. go to Walgreens or the other pharmacy in town
