Costco Pharmacy

I genuinely like this pharmacy. But the techs in the front shouldn’t lie about what HIPAA laws are in order to get off the clock sooner. I almost laughed out loud when the tech that refused to talk to me about the medications I was picking up for someone else told me to go down to the pharmacy window and speak to them there. What a joke.

I have never used the Montana Costco pharmacy. I appreciate the hard working staff and believe the good reviews. However, my experience was unfortunate. The drug an M.D. at urgent care prescribed was not in stock. Maybe it will arrive tomorrow. Maybe not. This prescription was also not available at the hospital, Smiths, Safeway or Albertsons. That's just not right. When inventory is low, reorder immediately!

My husband and I have been going to the Costco Pharmacy since 2008 and have always had outstanding service. The staff regularly checks to see if we are getting the best discounts with our insurance, and we receive direct calls about the availability of our medications. The staff knows and greets us by name. I could not happier with a pharmacy.

Great customer service from the clerks, technicians, and pharmacists! Only one guy that seems like he's slowly dying inside and I hope he finds joy, but the rest of them are wonderful!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jessie went out of her way to get a prescription transferred from a pharmacy that wasn't being helpful. She made sure I got it that day and was above and beyond nice. I can't thank you enough.

Once I send a prescription in to the Costco pharmacy I can count on it being filled right away. Going in, it's a quick, friendly checkout. Best prices!

Pharmacy staff were rude, short, and generally terrible. Daniel the manager was inappropriately defensive and purposely disengaged. Worst experience ever.

This review pertains only to their in-store pharmacy. On three separate occasions, they claim they never received the faxed prescription from my vet. While trying to verify their fax number, they sent me to stand back in line. They miraculously get the fax the second time while I'm standing there, but it still takes 30 minutes to fill. I suspect when they're busy, pet prescriptions are ignored. That's all well and good but my dog is seriously ill. It's not like I'm picking up her routine heartworm.

The employees here are ALWAYS extremely helpful and try their hardest to get all your needs met quickly with the utmost care and diligence! Always very kind and respectful.

The pharmacy and staff are great, they gracefully helped me with an item that no other pharmacy in Bozeman will carry. All I have to do is call the request in and they'll have it the very next day. Super customer service!
