Kroger Pharmacy

I have been getting my meds here for over 4 years. I have always used Kroger pharmacy since 15 years old and I’m 41. I like this location especially because the pharmacists and the interns really care about your health. I had an episode with a medication and Lynn was there for me. She literally saved my life. I always ask for advice on new medications and the rest of the pharmacists and interns are always glad to inform me. Thank you for actually caring about my health. I will always appreciate you!

This pharmacy is very slow. Every time I have visited, they leave whoever is waiting standing there for like several minutes. They can see there's a customer but they can't be bothered. In my case, despite an urgent prescription being called in an hour earlier, when i arrived it wasn't ready. So i asked for just the one medicine was most essential. They told me to sit and wait. That was 20 minutes ago. Like, there are three pharmacists and no customers. All you need to do is go pick up that one medicine and give it to me. I'm not happy. I'm going to end up having to leave without my medicine because i need to teach. People can't just sit here waiting all day

When a prescription is sent into this pharmacy they have almost always been able to get it filled and ready within 2-3 hours of calling. Pharmacy staff is very nice both in person and on phone. Fast checkout as well

Pharmacy was fast. Pickup went smooth.Also I wanna give a special shout out to the woman who just answered the phone. She was very nice and super pleasant and handled the phone call with ease. I just can not get over how pleasantly professional she was on that phone. Is is sep 16th at 12:46 pm. And I just got off the phone i hope she is recognized for this.

I received travel vaccinations here after learning they would accept my insurance for the shots i need that had been rejected by several health and travel clinics. The staff was so friendly and helpful. You could see their passion for their work. I will always go back here.

Legit fastest pharmacy to get prescriptions filled. I switched to the Chambers Rd Kroger last time I need meds, and they were slow and always behind. Short North pharmacy usually has my prescriptions filled before I even get home from the doctor. Keep up the good work!

Lady named Alicia or something was very rude, unprofessional, and shouldn't be working with people if she's unhappy with her life. Mam, please try to be more professional and kind.

this place is really nice and stuff and the people working there are cool. I like that the store is clean and stuff. The only thing I don't care about is being profiled for the color of my skin. Just because I am not attending Ohio State University doesn't make me ignorant or a criminal. They cater to the OSU students and sometimes they treat you as an outsider if your not wearing their clothes or looking a certain way. So personally I would never shop here again but the pharmacy people are really nice.

This pharmacy is trash. They’re unbelievably slow once you’re there. That pales in comparison to their unprofessionalism on the phone. They will leave you on hold for, not exaggerating, ten minutes, until the call drops on their end. It’s a joke. They’re a joke. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Very proficient pharmacists and techs are very good. They are on top of their game compared to other locations. I think they must have the right people in the right places!!
