Ordered a rx refill online since i was shorted on my previous rx, and when i went to pick it up i was told i couldnt bc it had already been filled. When I told the tech that my last prescription was short, a pharmacist came up from the back and began telling me that "You shouldve noticed when we gave it to you, etc" despite the fact that all the prescriptions are given in paper bags that need to be torn open to check through. She made me feel belittled and stupid, and I was so scared i was going to be denied my rx i actually started to cry. Thankfully, a nice tech named Eliot and a (visiting) lead pharm tech were calm and patient when explaining to me that if I brought the old rx i could get what I was shorted on. Unfortunately when I did that, neither of them were there. I had brought the wrong paper, but apparently i didnt need to do any of that at all! No one had thought to explain to me that I didnt HAVE to get what i was owed, and instead couldve just submitted another refill. The staff then continued to treat me like an idiot for not knowing these things until I had to leave before I cried in front of them again. All of the stress this put me through couldve been avoided if someone had actually communicated with me, rather than writing me off as another dumb customer. Overall an incredibly upsetting experience to put an autistic person through, i will definitely switch pharmacies if things dont improve.

Use a different pharmacy. Switched to here to use my GoodRx coupon. They claimed I had to use the name brand prescription despite my previous pharmacy not doing so. Prescription ended up costing 75% more than what I paid at giant eagle pharmacy. Called my doctor and insurance, which both said I was fine to use the generic. So idk why they lied to me. Wait times were also long, (15 minutes vs. 1-5 minutes everywhere else) during non-peak hours. Will not be going back.

Very friendly, and usually good at filling prescriptions. However the past several times I have had prescriptions sent there, my paperwork hasn’t gone through, their systems were down, or my paperwork was lost and the prescription never filled. Last month, it took me 2 weeks to actually get my prescription filled. This month I am having a similar issue. They are very busy and understaffed in my opponion which has resulted in a lack of customer service. However, the employees are usually friendly and I am hoping these are isolated instances that will be fixed soon.

2 stars. If you have the option, consider a different pharmacy. While the staff may be friendly, the counter is woefully understaffed. Picking up a standard script can take 30 minutes or more of just waiting in line. Edit: 1 star. Months later, they still have the same issues. My repetitive and usually negative experiences here make me consider my options for mail-order pharmacy.

There is zero communication between the employees. I've lost track of the amount of times I have been told my medication will be filled by Friday evening, only to find out that it is in fact out of stock, and will not be in until Monday. They have also taken it upon themselves to not fill a prescription because they deem it to be too expensive. Even when there are multiple notes in my file about how I have a coupon, that gets overlooked.

Whew. What a mess. It has been months since picking up a prescription hasn't had a complication at this pharmacy. You can call a prescription in, be told it will be ready in 2 hours, only to show up and be told that your meds aren't in stock. Perhaps your insurance information will disappear from their system. Don't worry, there is a kroger on the opposite side of town that definitely won't have all the same problems this one does; in fact, you can drive a half hour right now to go get your meds! Save yourself time and heartache- go *anywhere* but here.

The staff for the most part has been friendly, but I think they are understaffed. Like many reviews here, the line is nearly always long. The one time there was no line was Christmas Eve. I'm switching pharmacies from this one that's closest to my home to one between my work and home.

It’s not that the staff is unfriendly, it’s just that they don’t see to have their stuff together.... I’ve been told multiple times by phone call that my script is ready for pickup only to get there and find out that it was never actually filled, or isn’t completely ready and put together. I’ve had t o sit and wait for a long time, which is frustrating when they told you it was already ready for pickup. They also don’t let you know if a script you need is on backorder.... they just tell you a different day that it will be ready and when it’s still not ready, you have to call and question to figure out what’s going on. they have a lot of poorly trained Technicians. Make sure you speak to a pharmacist

The past 6 times I’ve gone to the pharmacy my prescriptions have not been ready even though I was told they would be. Then, in addition, they took it upon themselves to change the medication I was taking because they deemed it too expensive and moved me to another brand without asking. I’m not happy with the level of service I’ve been receiving.

Great location with very friendly staff. Only went in for the COVID-19 vaccine but it was super smooth. Fast check-in, barely any wait for the actual shot, and the med staff friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the store is quite nice as well although I didn’t do any shopping.
