Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Don’t bother calling to get a refill, they will act like you are wasting their time by making them do their job. No professionalism what so ever.

Handling medications in the most unsafe and weird way I think they forgot what they studied at the college. A lady was handling my infants antibiotics without using gloves. She opened the bottle using a scissors that was on the counter and she put it back there wen she was done. Are there no inspctions by the state to check this pharmacy I see a lot of negative comments. I hope I can change to CVS

Hours are inconvenient. The service is inconsistent. My doctor used to send a note for my meds and they would be started right away. But now apparently I have to call and tell them to start it? I don't get it. Just a quick edit: much like Tupac this place still doesn't give two fuggs. I've always been encouraged to ask my pharmacist questions but this place sick of questions and has zero answers for you. Nor the will to acquire them. I think I heard the manager talking in the background once over the phone. but I'm not sure anyone's in charge.

They cannot keep track of refills to save their lives. Remaining refills just seem to disappear FREQUENTLY. I have to get in touch with my doctor nearly every month because they can’t keep track of refills

Everybody that works in the pharmacy is rude. Except for one guy. I think the actual pharmacist. They always have an attitude and seem like they hate their job when they “help” you. I came to pick up a prescription for my daughter. The guy at the counter asked me if she had any allergies and I didn’t hear him because he was very quiet. I politely told him I didn’t hear him and when he repeated himself, he said it in the most annoyed way. If you don’t like helping people then get a new job that doesn’t require customer service

I arrived just before closing. I only had a question but the pharmacist when about and beyond. He helped me find products and advised me to go to urgent care or Mt doctor

The pharmacist and the lady who helped me was great. I had problems with my insurance and I was going through some things with losing all my debit cards. They helped me with getting what I needed for a couple days until I can get everything done I needed to. Thx guys it was a big help.

We were forced to move from our local CVS to the Kroger pharmacy by our insurance company and it has not been a great transition. And this happened over 3 years ago. They rarely call you when your prescription is ready. They will promise that a prescription will be filled, but when you show up, it isn't. With one of our meds, it has to be stored flat and refrigerated, but there have been times I've watched as they just picked it up off one of their racks -- while it has been hanging sideways. And it is warm to the touch. A couple of the pharm techs who work the counter are not helpful and are sometimes are outright rude. We called corporate HQ for Kroger pharmacies and they said to work directly with the pharmacist with our complaints - which we did, but nothing has gotten better. We regret the day our insurance made us switch to Kroger. One of our adult children works with another Kroger pharmacy and she has no complaints, so it must be this specific pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I went there before COVID, during, and after. So being understaffed wouldn't be the excuse. I have picked up generic medications for myself and controlled substance for my child. So it's not just that I had to jump through hoops for controlled medicines. I don't think I've ever had a smooth experience. The site is constantly down. The techs have been rude and unhelpful. I have been ping ponged back and forth to the Drs saying they didn't receive the Rx only to find out they entered the information incorrectly or only have a partial, even before supposed COVID shortages. This does seem to be specific to this location as I went to the one on Morse Rd with much more success.

Always short staffed, ridiculous wait time, then after you wait you find out they don't even have your prescription ready! Sometimes not even in stock and never even bother to notify the customer. This pharmacy used to be great and now has drastically gone downhill. Every time is a frustrating experience.

Usually I have just an in and out experience picking up my meds. This lady time was a doozy. I stopped by the walk up window around 4pm ish and a lady was in front of me so I stood back a few to give her space once she was done I approached …

This pharmacy takes forever to fill your prescription. Theres a lady that works the walk up window who’s extremely rude. A lot of their staff is rude. And they’re always running out of medications. If I could give negative stars I would.

This used to be a very nice pharmacy but it has gone severely downhill. They never have the medicine ready when they say they will but the worst part is the service. I have had workers that acted like you were an inconvenience but …

I'm hoping Kroger execs will notice and take a closer look at improving this pharmacy because obviously it does a lot of business and generates considerable profit. Its hard to complain about the service because no one seems to be sitting …

I called on 04/06/2023 and Sally said my Rx was out of stock. I asked her to check the local stores to see if anyone had it, and she said "Well, we all get it from the same place, so they are out too." I told her that last time they …
