Called to follow up on my prescription from a week ago and was met by an incredibly rude customer service technician. She acted liked she couldn't be bothered with my questions and said they were still waiting on approval from insurance and hung up on me! I have never had problems having prescriptions filled before. First experience with them. I will not attempt to use them ever again.

No weekend hours have to wait till Monday to get my script transferred to a local pharmacy because the person on the phone my insurance rep talked to acted like they were a local pharmacy and I could pick up a script up any time when they are no where near me and noy my local pharmacy had to wait till Monday to get my script transferred thank you so incompetent!!!

Absolutely perfect. Once we confirmed that my doctor’s office had submitted the prescription, I provided my insurance information and the order was placed. My medication arrived two days later. My only complaint was that delivery occurred in the evening without them ringing the bell. We didn’t see the package until the next morning. Fortunately the deer and other critters didn’t run off with it - must not have been hungry!!!

Ordered my medicine that was very important and first time I ordered only one package delivered and driver sent picture of 2 package. It is very surprising to how one package of my medication is not there and I ordered 2nd time which still didn’t deliver but pharmacist told me package will be at my door step around. I even checked for medication in the morning outside my door and didn’t happen to find any package for my medication. I dont get that how only a picture of one package is delivered and 2nd package goes missing. Whereas the photo states 2 package. I would suggest picking up medication is better than having it delivered because my medication went missing 2nd time.

The pharmacy in and of itself is great. The people that work there and answer the phones are super helpful, patient and kind. Their delivery service, not so much. Not sure if this has changed or if there are just new people doing the delivering. Last week, they struggled to find my building (not a big deal, it happens). After clarifying the address and physical traits of my building I received a notification that is was delivered about 2 hours later. When I went downstairs (concierge takes our packages for us) the package was no where to be found. This has never happened before so I honestly thought my concierge misplaced it. I left a voicemail that evening about the incident for the pharmacy hoping that I could receive a replacement. The next morning I was awakened, early, by someone knocking on my door. Not a gentle knock either, it literally sounded like the police. So I guess the correct word wouldn’t be knocking, it would be banging. I shot up in bed and listened, the knocking stopped. I went on to start and complete my morning routine. The pharmacy called me when they opened, to respond to the voicemail I left the previous night. As always, they were super nice and accommodating. The woman on the phone went to check the details of my delivery. Long story medium, although they said they delivered the package the night before they didn’t and it was unbeknownst to me. And that crazy loud banging on my door that woke me up sounding like the police… that was the delivery service finally dropping my package off… Like I said, great pharmacy, great customer service. The delivery could be better. All that said it never takes more than 48 hours to arrive! (48 hours at most).

Great for my prescriptions. They send out reminders via text and call when needed. The shipping is very fast. Sometimes it arrives next day! The staff I spoke to on the phone have always been very nice and respectable.

A five star rating seems like not enough. The staff is very efficient, courteous and responsive. They make the prescription refill process so simple. They send text message alerts and call you for authorizations or other things that are needed and they deliver free of charge it takes about 30 seconds to complete the refill process I even get text alerts when the prescription has been delivered. I mean what more could someone ask for. I’m so grateful to the entire staff for their outstanding service they are true masters of their craft.I wish all The other businesses that I deal with operated like Apotheco.

Super fast delivery! I didn’t contact them for anything. They already had my information and prescriptions ready. They called to either pay over the phone or use the link they texted to complete checkout online. Check was easy. It really was such an easy process.

Very easy to deal with with. Had to call a few times to make changes.everyone was very nice. When accepted and paid for prescription I elected pick up. I had to call to get the status the next day Seems as though if I didn’t call things may have taken longer.

Ordering via text is extremely easy. Prescription was delivered exactly on date scheduled. When I have called the people are friendly and easy to talk to. Wish all pharmacies were this easy to deal with and were this quick to get refills. Thanks for the great service .
