Hometown Pharmacy is the best in the area. Their staff is always answering my questions and concerns, Jessica has to be my favorite go to person...Jessica goes above and beyond the call of duty, she represents what HOMETOWN is all about! Thank you for always being here for us !!!

This is THE best pharmacy I have ever been to! Auch great surroundings ! And such personable service! Everyone is so nice and greet you be name when you walk in the door! The only complaint I have is that some medications they can't get because they are too small of a pharmacy- but that is a small inconvenience compared to the rest of the great service we get!

Hometown Pharmacy is a great place to go for prescriptions and everyday essentials. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making every visit a pleasant experience. The store itself is very clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which I really appreciate. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hours are a bit limited, which can make it tough to stop by if you have a busy schedule. That said, if the hours work for you, it’s an excellent pharmacy with top-notch service!

Great place for purchasing stylish household decoration items and beauty products. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Debbie always greets you like an old friend, is very inviting and makes you want to come back again. The displays are decorated beautifully. Very interesting selection.

Hometown Pharmacy in Wautoma gives the best customer service!! All the staff are great but Jessica is a standout.

Great little gift shop. Many boutique styles and “Wisconsin” items. Lots of holistic products. Pharmacy employees are very knowledgeable and quick in filling prescriptions.

Love the gift shop, and the customer service is so inviting! They even put together custom gift baskets, which is such a great gift idea!

I'd like to send kudos to the staff at the Wautoma Pharmacy; I am from out of state and stopped in to look around. I was greated and welcomed by the friendliest person when I walked in the door. It's so nice to walk into a place of business and be greeted by someone that is so upbeat and personable. Her name tag said her name was Lindsay. Great job and it was nice to meet you.

Okay the store it's self is beautiful, and amazingly put together I love it.. but when they degrade a customer for something out of their control is RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST! I will not use that pharmacy again. To tell someone how you are "taking a huge loss, and doing you a favor" is absolutely insane! Tall dark haired guy. Everyone else from my experience is lovely. But to have someone call me and tell me they are crying and genuinely afraid to go get their medication from this guy was infuriating and heartbreaking!

Jessica and the staff at Hometown Pharmacy are the best I had a root canal done down in Pewaukee and l Needed a prescription and I wasn’t gonna make it there in time to get The prescription filled. They waited around for me, till I got there 30 minutes before closing and Eric, the pharmacist fill my prescription before they closed All the staff are so friendly highly recommend them
