I am a new client to Texas Star and there was urgency to my order. Ulysses was one of the customer services reps that went above and beyond to provide me with information and support. I did speak to a pharmacist as well and he was very understanding of the urgency and made sure I had my medication overnight! Thank you for this level of care!

Love Texas Star Pharmacy! They are excellent and easy to use!! They ship my prescription fast and free after refilling my prescription!! People that answer the phones are always courteous and go out of their way to help you out. Always appreciate this pharmacy!! Thank you Texas Star!!

Our review is for delivery driver Rico Owens. Rico pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to recognize our hours of operation and deliver important meds to us within those hours. We have had other delivery drivers in the past that have not paid attention and have left things outside the business door outside of our hours. We are always happy to see Rico walk in our door!!

Briana went above and beyond to help me with my prescription and receipts, on a hot, Tuesday evening, when I arrived at the pharmacy @ 6:25pm - 5 minutes before closing. She was pleasant, extremely helpful and positive about everything! She's a perfect example of great customer service! Thank you for everything Briana!!

I have found Texas Star Pharmacy to be helpful, accurate and accommodating. I had a concern today, called them, and my situation was immediately resolved by Hansa (sp?). He was respectful, understanding and very helpful, as I have found all their employees to be. You can't go wrong here!

Both of my prescriptions were delayed over a week, even after multiple calls and excuses. Prices were much higher than competitors. I switched pharmacies and got same-day service at half the cost. UPDATE I spoke to Kristina, the new customer engagement manager. She was very concerned and listened to my experience and it working to ensure this does not occur again. Therefore, I am adjusting my ratings to 3 stars. I am glad Texas Star Pharmacy has brought her on.
