Walmart Pharmacy

**This location is useless.** Closes at 11pm—which means 10:30pm at this stire; hostile workers start oressurinf shoppers to leave the aisles and go to the reister. Inshowed up 10:49 to buy some food and band aids after work for my kids. Hostike floor manager pressured me, rished me to to to the reister or keave even after i stated my need. Feeling unwelcomed and Indidnt want confrontation, I went to the register w/ only one of the 3 items I wanted and had to feed my chikdren at a local fast food drive theiugh, which and iverproced and unhealthy option. Other days I pulled up around 10:40 after my work shift to find the doors locked and workers leaving early. I already knew this wasnt the olace to buy the quick sandwich dishes for my chikdren. What happened to the 24/7 model that actually served people? Not everyone shops on a 9–5 schedule. Shift workers, nurses, doctors, first responders, parents dealing with midnight emergencies—where are they supposed to go when they need baby formula, plumbing supplies, or basic groceries after hours? Online stores don’t cut it in urgent situations. Since COVID, Walmart’s early closures have quietly erased one of the last reliable options for late-night necessities. If you’re going to offer the same limited hours as every other store—and your quality is already subpar—why should anyone bother coming here? I got off work at 9pm, raced here like a bat out of hell, only to find the doors locked and registers already shut down. If Walmart can’t afford to keep one location open later—or automate enough to make it possible—then maybe it’s time to rethink your commitment to the communities you claim to serve.

THE BEST PHARMACY!!! I've been going to this pharmacy for years for 2 specific reasons. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, friendly & professional. The pharmacy techs go out of their way to make sure you walk away a satisfied customer. Wouldn't consider any place else!

First of all, they only have four self checkouts in a super walmart. Second, I scanned the merchandise I was going to buy went to pay with cash but the machine was programed for credit with no sign saying credit card only. The gentleman who was there had to change the machine from credit to cash for me. Management must be as mentally challenged as thier employees!

Only getting 1 star because I have to. Worst pharmacy ever. They are the rudest most unkind people I’ve ever met. THEY messed up and I was trying to figure out what happened and as I’m talking the pharmacy tech walked away from me mid sentence! Like are you completely kidding me! Then another lady at the cashier legit was trying to start an argument with a CUSTOMER because the line was all weird and she mistakenly was standing outside the line. I can’t believe how ignorant your staff is. Absolutely unreal!

I’ve been having a better experience than a couple of years ago. Staff acknowledge customers promptly they are courteous and helpful. I believe it’s time to remove the bad reviews since they are 3+ years old.

The only reason they are even getting a star from me is because it is the only way to leave a review. Let me start by saying that other pharmacies I have been to and have worked at put babies and children first. Not this one!!!!! They ALWAYS give me problems getting my 11 month old sons medication. And alway give me problems with mine. The techs in the pharmacy are absolutely rude and nasty and ignore you. And once you are even payed any kind of attention to they are nothing but rude and nasty. I've given them chance after chance and that was it.they lied saying they were waiting for my sons doctor to call back so I called knowing that they were full of crap and the doctor said no one ever called and the allergy medication was called in TWO DAYS AGO. Today is the last time I will be getting anything at the pharmacy. GET IT TOGETHER THERE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Went to pick up my scripts the young man working there was new. But so kindhearted really made me feel like he cared about my needs. Was such a pleasure talking to him.

Disgusting service. 1 day post op and my normal pharmacy does have the medication i was prescribed... i called Berlin and I asked if they had it before i send my husband there and they hung up.... are you kidding me? Poorest customer service! I wouldn't care if it was free.... i'll pay top dollar to not be treated like garbage..... Classless! RUDE and they possess zero compassion.

All of the West Berlin Pharmacy staff have always been helpful and courteous to me. The Pharmacists have gone out of their way many times to help me! They are the best!

They almost always have an attitude or are just super slow, and that’s if I even get lucky to catch them, I only have so much time to get to the pharmacy and it always manages to be during ‘lunch’ and for some reason the entire staff take lunch at the same time, sometimes for over 2 hours!
