As a prescriber, it's impossible to call in a prescription. I've tried 3 different times. I'd call, wait 15 minutes, and then talk to an operator who sends me to a another wait. At that point, either the message machine hands up on me or someone actually picks up and hangs up the phone. I literally just want to give them business... Do not use them.

Employee did not know how to honor a 10% coupon on a specific drug which cost hundreds of dollars. She appeared to not know what she was doing. Impatient and couldn't be bothered to fill it and include the coupon. On arriving home I discovered the clerk cancelled my prescription without my consent when I viewed it online again and so I was unable to obtain it. The $30 coupon for one of many medicines was important to me. Walgreens employees at the window need attitude adjustments. The customer can go elsewhere as I already have for a couple of prescriptions. Recently read about Walgreens closing NYC stores. Hmm...it ain't a head scratcher.

The cashiers are a little rude sometimes. Their is a cashier there I forgot his name he is mostly rude all the time and he has a very bad hygiene problem. His uniform is not that clean and his skin was so dry that it was pealing off his face and he has loads of dry skin flakes on his shirt. Maybe he has a skin condition but I saw him other times working and he never look that bad. The managers do not care of the cleanliness of their employees. I would have sent him home immediately. I purchase the items but when I got home I use a several disinfectant wipes to clean my items outside packaging and then I remove the items from package. I been shopping there for a few years but I will stop going there now it's just so gross!

The pharmacy hours are limited closing sometimes at 5 PM and every day closed for lunch from 1:30-2:30. The pharmacists are generally OK but not the other staff members. The overall atmosphere is unfriendly. Many many Items that are accessible in other Walgreens are locked up here. To get the product you first need to find buttons that are placed irregularly around the store, press the button and then wait for a staff member to use their key to get the product. The very few salespeople seems annoyed when they show up and don't know much about what products are in stock. Some staff are rude. The customer is never right in this place but the lines at the checkout are short because so many neighborhood folks have had bad experiences the lines at the check they walk several blocks to shop elsewhere. It is common knowledge in the neighborhood that we hope this place closes and a "normal" Walgreens takes its place.

October 30, 2021 @1:55pm. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I simply asked what time the pharmacy re-opened and the front desk representative (young to middle aged white woman with brunette hair) and she rudely responded “2”. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I patiently waited until 2pm to receive my flu shot. They opened late (2:05pm) and I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I had to say “excuse me” to get any service. I stated what I was there to receive the flu shot. The brunette’s response was “need an appointment”. I kindly asked well are you able to schedule me or do you have any availability today. Brunette’s response, “need an appointment”. This individual needs some training on how to greet and treat customers and patients. Very disappointing that someone in that field would treat individuals this way. Will never return to this location. I hope the brunette was just having a bad day, but regardless no one deserves to be treated like that when trying to receive health services.

Unfortunately I just had the most disappointed experience in this store. I was so badly treated by this woman, that is was disrespectful. I was kneeling to get some boxes out of the shelf and she shouted what did I do wrong? You said I’m wrong! Telling me this while she went is not ok and shouting too. At the cashier, she said to a Collegue, I don’t want to make his payment and left again. I hope with some training she knows how to do better in the future.

Without a doubt rudest pharmacy I have ever been to. Staff, especially the girl with glasses assisting clients, is extremely mean and clearly hates her job. I would recommend going elsewhere if you need assistance.
