Updated: Following my review, calls, texts and website messages, the owner called me to apologize. With the overhaul of their pharmacy systems they were getting caught up with missed communication. He insisted my refill would be processed and I would have it the next day/today. I have received communication my prescription will be out for delivery. Previous: Up until now, service has been stellar. I have not heard back after calling several times over the course of a few days and getting the same messaging about the issue with their phone and text system as they work to improve things. My texts have gone unanswered even though the automated message said that was the best way to get in touch and someone would be with me shortly. My provider said she sent in my prescription refill on Thursday and it is now almost end of day Monday. My prescription will run out tomorrow. I have also sent a message through their website and used their chat bot to no avail to get in touch with a human, confirm delivery date and pay for the prescription. I am in tears.
I have never had such a personal experience with a pharmacy. They say " Hello Renee" when they answer my call! Great fast, dependable service. They ship with extra care when sending orders that need to be refrigerated. I can't say enough of times... THANK YOU for your kind caring service. I feel like I'm calling someone in my town and you are hours away.
They sent me troches that should be kept in a refrigerator or very cool room. And they arrived in an envelope with no ice packs. The package sat in 90-something degree weather for hours bc they don’t tell you what time they’ll be delivered. Now I see why they lose efficacy so quickly. I won’t be returning. I TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS BY BY TEXT (WHICH THEY COMMUNICATE ON VERY EFFECTIVELY AND THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS). I was ignored. Now they want to rectify the situation.
After several very unpleasant interactions with Town Total I asked my doctor if there was an alternative I could go to. They sent me to a competitor and not only have they been a pleasure to work with but the medication (not covered by insurance) i HALF THE PRICE. I went from spending nearly $200 a month to under $100. I'm so happy I switched!
Justin answered all my questions. The information he gave me was exactly what I was hoping for. He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. If I have any further questions, I will keep his name and ask specifically for him.
It is always a pleasure working with Ann Marie. She is always upbeat, friendly and very kind.
I have to get a compounded medication for my treatment resistant depression and C-PTSD and with all of my other medical problems, I can sometimes get overwhelmed and forget to call in for my refills early enough. When I didn't realize I was low and called the day before Thanksgiving hoping for a miracle, no one was sure how much they could do to get my medication in time before I ran out. They said they were closed on Thanksgiving (understandably) and I resigned myself to a day without my medicine by my own fault. Early that Thursday morning I got a phone call that someone had delivered my meds. On Thanksgiving morning. It was the miracle I needed and I can't say I've ever been more impressed by or grateful to a pharmacy team. I could never recommend this pharmacy enough. The delivery service alone is so helpful, but the way they go above and beyond to help patients is absolutely unheard of. Once again I came up a bit late on my call-in and they're working as hard as they can to get my meds before I run out, and everything will be here at the latest by Wednesday. I was lucky enough to talk to Justin for some helpful information. I can't even say enough. He took time to explain and talk with me. I really appreciate it!!! I am so happy I spoke with him and was forwarded to this pharmacy!!!!
There was an issue with the bottle used to deliver my oral medication. I called and spoke with customer service and Ann Marie, one of their pharmacist, they replaced the medication at no charge the next day. Great Customer Service. I highly recommend this organization.
I don't understand all of the good reviews. My compounded ketamine was not mixed at all. Some troches were extremely strong (2 out of 30) and the rest had no affect at all. What a waste of money.
