To be honest this pharmacy was clean and had a lot of options to pick from. Also not very crowded and surprisingly bigger than I thought. The employees are also nice and treat you with kindness and respect.

Just left here a little while ago and KM was such a huge help in assisting me with what I needed. If that buzzer “customer needs help in” rang once, it rang 35 times in the short time I was there and KM acted like I was the first customer he saw that day. Also, I didn’t get their name, but the person at the checkout was super kind as well. They gave me a bag even when I wasn’t smart enough to ask for one myself and their kindness during the interaction did not go unnoticed. All in all a great customer experience.

Heads up that the zipcode on Google maps currently says 10018 but this is wrong. It’s 10036. Doctor couldn’t find this pharmacy in their system because of the mix-up. Hope this helps someone.

FedEx at this location can scan your QR code. Not every staff at check out knows it but after I explained to them they asked around themselves and sent someone super helpful to help me. Great experience.

The pharmacist, Mitch, and his team are the most helpful and always go the extra mile to help any time there are complications with my prescriptions. They are proactive, friendly and efficient! I live in Brooklyn but still commute to this pharmacy for the service alone. The team here is the sole reason I haven’t switched to mail-order prescriptions.
