Walgreens Pharmacy

I manage retail and I have never experienced such shitty customer service. Had the worst experience ever, First, the cashiers was on her phone and clearly she expressed frustration due to the messages in her phone. Secondly, I asked her a question In regards to the promotions, you are running in your store. Her response was and I quote “ugh I don’t know”. This is the Type of employees that is representing your company? Sad…. Date 10/13/25 Time 620pm

Hideous blue white light bulbs in beautiful fixtures. So ugly. Who desecrates a Landmark building like that?

Always clean and the vibes are immaculate. Joshua was super helpful!! He really was awesome. They are really lucky to have him. Yolander at the register was awesome too.

Abrupt staff. Customers are tolerated at best.

Oh my gash , I just can’t believe these people do not train people or change price in the system! They try to charge extra money if you don’t pay attention, there was deal sticker tag was on the cooler but one drink get 2nd free , when I took to the register she was even charging my 5:99 for each it says on the tag $2,99 each it’s just horrible, a lot of frustration!

Natasha and Shellom are amazing pharmaceutical assistants. They always do their best to fill my prescriptions while I'm at the store and they are friendly and warm to boot! I recommend this location because of its lovely staff. Going to the pharmacy was never more simple.

They’re all overworked. It’s better to get refills done in person than over the phone or online. Even in person, it can be seen that there aren’t enough people working in the back.

Do not have prescriptions here. Their fax is broken but they still ask to have prescriptions faxed. And then they refuse to take info over the phone. Bad. Bad. Bad!

Wrong hours - this is not only an inconvenience but dangerous if medication is needed

Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff member helped me to find what I needed and prices were good, especially Walgreens brand.
