I’m not one to leave a bad review but first of all, the pharmacist never goes over instructions on how to take the medication as they should and have at all the other pharmacy’s I have been to (besides this one) I’ve asked every time and they tell me just to read the instructions and secondly, the other day the lady I spoke with was rude I am 30 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes and needed an early refill on one of my prescriptions and she acted like there was no way around it and didn’t even try to recommend me to do anything to get it overridden as again I’m pregnant and cannot go a full week without this prescription. All I had to do was call my insurance and have them override it and she did not give me the option to do that she said the only option was for me to come out of pocket for the prescription. So I do plan on changing pharmacy’s as soon as I can and just think they should try doing better on being more helpful I understand being busy can cause this but that’s not an excuse.

CV s has been really good. I probably won't go to any others but I don't even know any others so I think CV s is the best.

Worst pharmacy ever. Was hung up on by the pharmacy. Said I could drive to Yukon if I wanted to get my son's flu medicine. Said they sent a msg, I never got. And chose not to tell me the main prescription I was there to get they were out of. Refused to update my number when I called. And the receipt I got for the medicine is almost entirely blank because they can't change their ink. Lazy and broke pharmacy, with rude techs.

lazy will not call other pharmacy to get prescription transferred pharmacist will make you go the long route and talk to doctor although more than able to get it transferred via simple call.

The hours are ridiculous to be honest especially for a pharmacy that's next to a hospital! Run out of my meds and it's been days and they still can't get it in. Absolutely the last time I use this pharmacy. Also one of the pharmacy staff make inappropriate comments about my prescription. Disgusting

Clean store. Only 1 cashier on a Saturday. Waited 5 minutes to checkout with a toothache. Had the pain meds I needed.

The pharmacy always has an attitude problem. I’m done with this location if not cvs all together. So pathetic
