Don Coody Pharmacy

Quick, helpful service and almost always have everything in stock the same day. I got tired of waiting 24 hours for big box stores to fill my prescriptions. When I had a really severe case of COVID while pregnant a few years ago, everywhere was sold out of Paxlovid and I was desperate. Don Coody Pharmacy pulled a prescription from their shelves that had not been picked up for a few days and I was able to keep my unborn baby safe! We now use them whenever we can.

Don Coody Pharmacy is in my opinion the BEST pharmacy in Oklahoma! They know what they are doing. They are friendly and professional. The town I live in is nearly 2 hours away and has like 4 compounding pharmacies. I tried the local compounding pharmacies here but to much confusion and dissatisfaction. Don Coody is the very BEST! 😊

I don't know where the other pleasant staff went to but the new staff is terrible!! I have bells pasly and have a hard time speaking and an older lady was just as rude and snotty as can be. We are now having issues with getting meds in a timely manner as well. I've gone here for years instead of Walmart because of how quick and easy it WAS.

I had my doctor send my usual Rx's to my usual big box pharmacy after my quarterly appointment and screenings. The following day, when my order was to be ready I received a notification that pharmacy had temporarily closed due to lack of staff. That's it. They didn't indicate when or even if that pharmacy ( at the back of a super drug store with makeup and groceries) would be reopening. After having my doctor send my Rx to 2 other same chain stores and being told they were out he suggested Don Coody. They shipped my Rx out the same day and I got it the next. I've used Don Coody before if I was going to be in the neighborhood but knowing that they can have my meds to me at least in 72 hours means I don't have to be in the neighborhood at all. Using Don Coody Pharmacy is easy and convenient, the staff have always been courteous and professional, and I've never known them to close or be closed unexpectedly. I highly recommend the pros at Don Coody for anything Rx. I'm moving all my Rx's there. The big stores have customers convinced they're stores are the most convenient with the most competitive prices and the most caring courteous staff and this is just simply not true. I believe the staff a DCP are as serious about getting my meds to me as my doctor was when he prescribed them and I appreciate that. DCP is where I'll be picking up my meds from now on. I think it'll be worth it and I hope more folks will give them a try. Sincerely, let's get back to local. Thanks.

My son is a happy, complex 4 year old. I had planned on transferring his 3 anti seizure medications to Don Cody Pharmacy thinking he had refills. He did not refills so he needed new prescriptions sent to them from the doctor. I started panicking because he had his last dose that morning. Don Cody pharmacy sent the request and i called the doctor. They finally received the new rx at 4pm and one was a compound. They told me they would have it ready in less than an hour. I picked it up that day. As a mother with a complex little boy, it’s the small things like this that mean so much and helped me out tremendously. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and showed compassion. I think the person I spoke with was Amber, she was amazing! I also spoke with two others who were also super polite! Thank you all! I highly recommend!

Everyone at this pharmacy is kind and patient. The techs answer questions without making you feel hurried. What's most important is, they communicate. I'm so fortunate to have found such a a great place and even happier to give my business to a local business rather than a big corporation. I used this pharmacy for 20+ years. This pharmacy is by far the best one I have ever been to. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Doug and his staff are not only competent, but are also caring and go over the top to care for their patients. And I know somebody already said this, but I'm going to repeat it. You are not a number to them. They always use your name. The only reason I have changed pharmacys is because I moved to the South part of town and have no car. Love ya Don Coody Pharmacy! ❤

The pharmacist and everyone that works here are very helpful. They take the time to answer any questions you might have. And are kind and considerate. I've never had to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes. Love this pharmacy.Because its locally owed, makes it more personable.

Very fast and reasonably good prices on compounded medications. Very friendly service, and I am very pleased with this pharmacy!

I have used them for several years and never had an issue. Doug and his staff have always been willing to answer any questions I had about medication. Started using them because they were in the clinic I use. First for my dad's prescriptions and later my family. I've had issues with CVS and other pharmacies but never this one. It is locally owned and I like that.

They were able to provide the special mixture of medicines that my doctor prescribed. They kept me informed as to when I would get my medicine and were able to tell me the cost so I wouldn’t be surprised. They answered the phone promptly every time.

This pharmacy cares about the people that get their medicine there. All the pharmacy tech’s are great. The pharmacists are the nicest guys. They stayed late one night for my wife to get baby medicine!! Literally the only pharmacy I will use!
