I’ve had such a great experience with NewEra Pharmacy. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with a pharmacist. Whenever I have a question, they’re always willing to take the time to explain things clearly. It’s great to feel supported, even with a mail-order service.

I love the service. Every time I've needed to talk with someone they have always been helpful and friendly. My prescription is always filled and mailed promptly. As a result this is the most consistent I have taken my medication. Recently I knew I would run out while I am traveling, so I called asking to renew early and it was no problem. I really appreciate them.

Great service and no issues! I ended up being prescribed a medication for my trans healthcare that has no FDA approved version. New Era was able to compound the medication into cream that can dispense a set amount of medication. It’s been working great so far with no issues. I’ll also add that they were very kind and respectful over the phone and never misgendered me or made me uncomfortable. I would recommend New Era to my trans friends and to any providers looking for a place to prescribe compounded medications for trans patients.

I had a great experience ordering my IVF meds from NewEra. They are friendly, fast and were the only pharmacy that emailed me an itemized quote! They also included a reusable tote with my meds that was super helpful. It fits my organizer and all leftover items perfectly. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone going through IVF.

Cheerful, helpful service that is consistently easy to manage my prescriptions. Fill time and shipping are fast. In a time where long pharmacy waits take at least an hour, may or may not have the medication on hand- let alone prepared- I’m relieved to have one less errand to worry about.

I have to had meds overnighted to me for my IVF cycle. My order was placed based on what my doctors office prescribed, then i get a call that they inputted the wrong prescription and needed to pay roughly $800.00 dollars more. Then when my package arrived, it was still wrong. When i expressed frustration that i had to miss another day of work to receive the package i was told "you don't have to sign for it." however, if the package is delivered, left on my doorstep and stolen, well then I'm out 800 dollars. The lack of empathy and failure to validate the right order was shipped is extremely frustrating. This is the first time using this pharmacy, and i will be providing feedback to my clinic as all previous prescriptions have been filled by another pharmacy and have been sent accurately.

My cat is on a daily med. It’s hard to give medication to a cat, but they make it taste like yummy chicken or fish for her. Everyone is always so kind, and they always check in to make sure everything is going well. Highly recommend!

I've used New Era pharmacy for all of my compound bio identical prescriptions for many years. They are a local neighborhood pharmacy and it shows through their eye for detail and great customer service!! I appreciate how thorough they answer any of my questions. I have been using New Era Pharmacy for a few years now, and they always have my prescriptions ready quickly. The quality is excellent and their customer is really good. This time I couldn’t pick it up and they put it in the mail the day that I called. I’m very happy with everything.
