Sherry (technician) does not have great customer service over the phone. You could easily tell the call to the pharmacy was a huge bother to her. Also as a former pharmacy tech in a retail setting for many years it’s a busy profession.. but know what you sign up for, why take it out on others? 🤷🏽‍♀️ …

The people here ( specifically pharmacy staff ) were fantastic !! Very patient and professional!! They were able to handle my complicated situation like pros . I don't know what I would have done without these kind souls

I have had nothing but excellent and wonderful service with Angela. She's filled my orders for orthopedic shoes with great care of details. Recently over the last two years, I have gotten supplies from Angela for an elderly gentleman - pullups, catheters, a tall walker, ointments , bed pads, and pain killers. I could not ask for better care/concern of our needs. She follows up on increasing/decreasing monthly supplies, changing sizes of the pullups as we have needed them. I travel from Empire to Myrtle Point because I do not get this personalized service here at Walgreens, Walmart, Bi-mart, or anywhere in the coos bay area.

Semperts is a great store. They bend over backwards for us in the community. One of the places in town to be able to find a nice gift or card. It’s a MP mainstay. The best!

Good drug store. Pharmacy has poor customer service. I don't know how you can be rated as a good neighbor Pharmacy when you don't cater to veterans.

Not sure when the other reviews were written, but I love this little hometown Pharmacy Gift Shop. They are the best for getting a local gift and Oregon collectibles.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make it their job to help you fulfill your medication needs by calling doctors and insurance alike

We are treated horribly time after time. Absolutely deplorable attitudes and work ethic. I am disgusted with the customer service. I'm going elsewhere from now on!

This is my go to pharmacy but lately they must be understaffed or something because they aren't friendly at all. They act like your bothering them.
