Thought they were nice at first but then they became more abrasive each refill. Well I had to get a prior authorization and finally a week later when it's approved to be filled the pharmacist said no we won't fill it. They claim they weren't filling prescriptions from that doctor and when I asked why I got no answer. I asked what am I supposed to do since my refill was last week on one and two days upcoming on the other. She just says find another doctor. Well how am I going to find a doctor when it's 5pm Thursday and they mainly work half days Friday. These people could of told me last week or could of been nice and did one last refill but bo they don't care. Well now the big problem, go without or buy off the street and hope it's not fentynal. Pharmacies like this are fueling the opioid epidemic and killing thousands of people because they refuse to fill legitimate prescriptions. Way to go publix. I hope you're happy with all the people who may die from yalls decisions. Don't use them for any meds because they don't care if you live or die. You're just money to them.
I shop here almost every other day I also get my prescriptions here. Normally there is great customer service but today the lady in the pharmacy name Gi was very rude and rushed me through my transaction. I had questions about my medicine and she said I don't know that a question for your Dr. No it wasn't it could have been answered here at the pharmacy. I know this because I am a Pharmacy Tech as well. Please keep her off of the register and put someone else who has a better attitude up there. Thanks
Friendly staff but one of the slowest possible experiences I have ever encountered. I call a day ahead to make sure our prescriptions are in the queue to be filled first thing in the morning when they open and in some cases a couple days ahead. Then on the day of at opening I will call again to make sure it’s being filled and when I ask the eta it’s always a 3+ hour delay till it should be ready. Which isn’t even the worst part because when I show up at that time or even a couple hours after, I’m then told it’s going to be about another 30-40 minutes. How does it take 6+ hours to fill 1-2 prescriptions with days of notice and all needed paper prescriptions are already in hand. I understand it has to be countered and verified 3 times and processed but we don’t even use insurance so it confusing that counting to the number 180 essentially takes sooooooo long…
Rachel is the best pharmacist I have ever had. I switched my family to this pharmacy from a terrible chain and it was the best decision I have ever made. She is always friendly and willing to help.
Judgemental pharmacist and/or mathematically incompetent pharmacist: dangerous anyway you put it. I don't recall her name, so let's call her Karen. On 09/26/23, a little before 8 pm, Karen insisted that I had enough of my medication to last up to, and including, 09/29/23 because I filled it 08/29/23--30 day supply. Now I must take everyone on a journey: basic math. If I filled my prescription on 08/29/23 and took one pill that day and there are 31 days in August, when will I run out? The answer is 09/27/23 (I'll have one to take this day). I know my medication is controlled, but I also know that it's a struggle to get it the day it runs out or after it runs out. Moreover, I actually have a thing called a job. I don't set my daily duties aside to call around to find my medication, so I got in the habit of filling when I have two pills left. Getting my medication early doesn't mean I have extra medication: it means I have a couple days before I run out of one prescription before I start the other prescription. It eases my stress. When I got home, I made sure of my math and then I called Karen. She retracted 09/29/23 and said 09/28/23. In what universe does someone wait until they run out of something neccessary to restock? Would anyone wait until they ran out of toilet paper while they finished deficating to feel justified to get more toilet paper? She insisted that this was the policy of Publix Pharmacy to fill on the day after depletion. I doubt it. She went through a lot of extra dialogue to just say company policy in the end. I think she was playing god and passing judgment. I will be filing a formal complaint. I truly expected more from a pharmacist.
The staff at this particular Publix are very nice. The prices are fair and it's always squeaky clean inside, and outside in the parking lot. So I'm giving this place a A++++++++ and hope everyone else has a good experience here as well.
3.5 stars. Typical Publix experience. Good product selection, though nothing exceptional. They do have my favorite Amy's frozen dinners (albeit a good 80 cents more expensive then the chronically under-stocked Target just down the road). Nice staff. But not TOO nice. They aren't quite as Stepford (overly nice and chatty) as some that I've been to, which I consider a plus. Subtract 1 star if you have a predilection for that kind of treatment. :) It's nice and clean, though it's not a flagship store by any stretch. If you go during the busier times of day, it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot. About half the time I just exit to the right down Sparkleberry and do a U-turn to get back to Two-Notch. More aggressive drives may relish the challenge.
I frequent this Publix because it’s close to my job and one day I went in to get a turkey avocado sub from the deli. Tammy assisted me and realized it wasn’t any avocado spread to apply to mine so she quickly walked over to the produce and got one , cut it and made my sandwich . I thanked her but I think she went above and behind to help and that customer service I can appreciate .
Grant was terrific. Helped me forget about the God awful Urget Care experience in front of Kroger that sent my rx to Publix. Thanks again.
I was told on yesterday that someone in pharmacy would bring me my medicine to my car and let me pay then. Today I'm told I most pay online first or they refuse to bring my medicine out to me. I'm very unhappy with customer service because I hurt my foo, not able to walk on it and I'm getting the runaround. Please treat all your customers the same..
Amazing pharmacy tech and pharmacist, so helpful and very, very spectacular women. I will be bringing all of my prescriptions here from now on. Again thank you Miss Quinn and Miss Angela. 😊😊😊😊 …
I absolutely love this pharmacy and their people! I use them for my pets as well! They are always so friendly and happy to help!
They have the worst and most judgemental pharmacist I've ever dealt with. I'm contacting the board today. Absolutely awful
I primarily go to the pharmacy here where the service is excellent. The deli is top notch and bakery is amazing!
