MedQuest Pharmacy

So I'm reading through some of the one star reviews and they are just silly. Some are down right wrong (ie: guy who is upset at pharmacy because provider screwed up). Seriously? I'm a provider and patient myself. Both I and my patients have been treated amazingly! I think some of the delays is due to growing pains,as in, higher demand, and that's a good thing. Means more people want to use MedQuest. I have noticed their compounds are of a higher grade than other compounding pharmacy, which is better for all us customers. My patients have always been treated well, and I have been treated well. When I have a question or one of my patients have a question, MedQuest always answers them with such great customer service.

Ive been a customer of Medquest for 20 years. In that time ive had the same Dr and same prescriptions. The pharmacists have held up my prescriptions for several days because the Dr didnt post the strength of the med on the script. I called and told the pharmacist, same doc, same strength as last 20 years… They still insist on holding up my prescription. Its time to look for another pharmacy, Medquest best days are behind them.

Every time I've called this pharmacy, they've been prompt at answering the phone, have been professional, and have gotten my refills together in a timely manner.

DONT GO HERE!!! If I could give Zero Stars I would. Never had so much trouble getting a simple prescription filled.

I’ve placed five orders with Med Quest for my bio-identical hormones. I do it online as my doctor sends the prescription and I can do it directly on their site. It is so fast! I usually get them within 3 days. I have called twice before and had excellent customer service each time (I remember the last rep was especially helpful with answering questions about insurance reimbursement). Additionally, their products seem to be of the highest quality. My testosterone levels immediately went into normal range (within a month), and my menstrual cycle evened out (I am 45 — so it gets rather odd without hormone therapy at this age). I’m looking forward to getting my thyroid hormone from MedQuest next week — im optimistic that my labs will go to “normal” range very quickly, if it’s anything like the other products they’ve made for me :)

Dave the Pharmacy Tech was absolutely rude and wouldn't listen and/or explain to me why he was sending my refill request to an unknown Dr for the refill I was requesting, he then he hung up in me. I was not able to get back through or receive a call back. Not impressed with your customer service. I have had great service until Dave came along.

Awesome pharmacy! I always get prompt service when I call. My prescriptions arrive on time. I've tried other compounding pharmacies, and Medquest has the best products and service.

I'm amazed at how service-oriented MedQuest-a compounding pharmacy is. The quality of their products allows my patients to get excellent levels with their compounded medications. All of my patients I have asked have ONLY had good things about MedQuest's service and mail order capabilities.

I have been using MedQuest to fill my bio identical hormone prescriptions for about 3 years and have had the best experience with them. Their customer service is excellent. They listen, take the time and truely care about their customer. The pharmacists are always available to help assist and answer any questions you may have. They go "the extra mile" and then some. Their calm, professional and caring customer service helps anyone who is navigating the road of bio identical hormones. Your prescribing Dr. doesn't always have all the answers, and MedQuest pharmacists will help fill the gap in information your Dr. may not address. When using hormones, having a "team" not just one Dr. is important to getting ALL of the information you need. MedQuest is there to help AND fill your prescriptions.

MedQuest processed the same order multiple times and wouldn’t remove the additional charges that were on hold. Had a total of approximately $1000.00 on hold in my account. I was told to contact my bank which I did. The bank said it is the …

Terrible customer service. Nasty people there. Pharmacist does not check over what they are sending you. FDA should be contacted.

Customer service is slipping. Prescriptions have been wrong a couple of times.(Usually non prescription add ons, overcharges) They have been out of some of the prescriptions. Just leave me on hold for 20+ minutes. Has taken multiple calls …

Beware. This company will ship orders that you have not authorized and charge your credit card without permission. Do not give them access to your credit card.

I have had a great experience with everyone at this pharmacy, from the technicians to the pharmacists. Their customer service strikes me as outstanding. The pharmacist Jennifer in particular has been an absolute delight to work with .

I am going through IVF needing Crinone, everywhere I had called was super expensive without insurance. I called and talked to Jennifer the pharmacist and she stayed on the phone with me, got my number and did research to help me get the medication I needed. Great customer service by all I've talked to!

I communicated with their pharmacist Kristi Hales on multiple occasions. She is unprofessional on all accounts. Otherwise, MedQuest is a quality pharmacy.

Expensive and understaffed. Be prepared to have to call multiple times across multiple days and spend a lot of time on hold before you're able to speak to anyone.

When the rest of the world is out of what I need, MedQuest always seems to be in stock. Easy ordering on the app and quick delivery.
