Walmart Pharmacy

Normally give a 5 star but I always call 2 days ahead to make sure my doctor sent in my medicine since she makes me run out the day I come to pharmacy. But I called a day ahead of time today on the phone and someone said it would be today. I was in Staunton and drove all the way here to Lexington because someone in pharmacy told me it would be today and I get here and they said no tomorrow. I have to come tomorrow. Smh May 12th I'm updating review there is always someone to answer at this pharmacy unlike any other pharmacy. Other than that hold up that day I love this pharmacy. The people that work there a r e absolutely wonderful and some know my face. Thanks

Girl at the drop off window was rude and unprofessional and so was the pharmacist manager. I went to have my dogs prescription refilled because the last time we got it filled they did not have enough to fill it. Therefore I had to get another prescription when his medication got low. Then due to it being a controlled substance I had to take it back to the vet 3 times before they would fill it and then the girl at the drop off window kept saying I had illegal prescription like I was junkie trying to get my fix.Needless to say they kept my vet on hold for 20 minutes before they answered the phone and I had to tell them that my vet was on hold waiting to talk to the pharmacist who by the way said he needed to talk to my vet. They need to have a class in professionalism and let the vets know exactly what they need.

Pharmacist was more than helpful. She took time to help me find the brace for my specific injury, ensured it fit properly and made sure that I knew what to expect from the product. Thanks again!

This pharmacy is superb. It's far and away the best one within a radius of 50 miles. My beloved bride and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to get our prescriptions filled.

I've coming to this pharmacy for years and never had a problem. In fact, they have been extremely helpful on many occasions. They even went the extra mile to make sure I had even a little bit of my prescription to get me through a couple of days when they were running low.

Ms. Maddie was EXCELLENT today. She made sure our daughter refills were ready! She has GREAT costumer service!! She definitely deserves a raise! Thanks again Ms. Maddie!!

I have no trouble picking up my prescriptions, and using my insurance, at a different walmart. But every time I come here, my insurance is never valid and now I have to no time to eat before my next class, if I can even make it to class (I am a college student).

The associates at 1335 pharmacy is great!!!!

They have the meds I need, and the pharmacists and techs are professional, helpful, and kind.
