Cascade Specialty Pharmacy

No one answers the phone. No one calls you back. I called twice. Was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Pushed seven to ask for a callback. Never got one. Horrible customer service. I’m sitting here with my ears Hurting and needing my medication. Unacceptable.

They must be trying to Squeeze every cent out of people regarding their weight loss medications. Everyone I’ve spoke to has said the same thing, by the time you get to the four week injection, it is always half of what it’s supposed to be. Since the Weight loss injection drugs exploded that is seemingly all they do now. There is no customer service, they have an AI bot that answers the phone and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. They used to be a great pharmacy with Actual people, but that is no longer the case

Cascade specialty pharmacy is fantastic! I had a specific bacterial infection in my sinuses and the doctor referred me to them for a particular custom antibiotic sinus rinse. They were easy to Interface with, and quick to get everything I need to me via the mail. I highly recommend them.

Cascade Specialty Pharmacy is great! I have been using them as recommended by my doctor for a compounded RX for the past 5+ years and their customer service has been great, the turn around for getting my medication has been excellent, quick and efficient. Highly recommend them!

We love this pharmacy. We are repeat customers and what brought me here was they are a compounding pharmacy. I called in a frantic looking for a compounding pharmacy over the Fourth of July holiday and they helped my daughter get a refill on her medication after we moved here from Kansas. While we do pay more, the ease of refilling and their communication and punctually to refills is what keeps us coming back. Thank you!

This pharmacy on 305 is VERY poor. I am a provider and they can't even get B12 shots correct and they don't answer their phone when trying to call for a patient. UNACCEPTABLE. You service patients just as I. Strive to do an excellent job. Laziness is no excuse.

In Apr 2025 Cascade up-sold me to buy a 6-month supply of what my ENT ordered, when the ENT only intended for me to get a 1-month supply with subsequent refills available IF NEEDED - which is how normal pharmacies interpret an Rx with refills. They don't call you and offer you the max amount of refills up front. However, being my first experience with Cascade and with compound pharmacies, I trusted that if Cascade was offering me all these refills, the ENT must have indicated (on the difficult to understand full-page Rx) that I needed to take these meds longer term. Wrong. Those were simply Cascade's sales tactics, costing me a $150+ loss. Of course when I realized what had happened, Cascade refused a return or refund. The woman on the phone was highly defensive from the start, continually blaming me and even blaming my ENT, which I let him know about. Cascade wouldn't even offer me a small discount on future purchases. Never again will I trust this pharmacy - I felt taken advantage of (I had even told the gal on the initial phone call that I was completely out of it and couldn't think straight due to the illness for which I was being treated; she still up-sold me). I caution everyone to not to trust this pharmacy to interpret your Rx as your prescriber intended. Get very clear with your prescriber first.

I have used Cascade Specialty Pharmacy for a few years and have received great service and quality product. Highly recommend.

Really hard to get a hold of them on the phone, wait times of +30 mins. They failed to refill my prescription on time and left me without medication, had to call multiple times. Prices are 3x more expensive than other compounding pharmacies in the US
