I turned in a prescription on Wednesday, because the other phamacy in town suggested i ask Frontier. I was told by Frontier, YES! They had it and it would be ready the next day. So i had the 1st pharmacy send over the prescription. Used the drive through the next day, to only be told they didn't have it ready and that it, "Will be ready tomorrow and we will call you." I waited the next day until after 3pm and had no call, so I called them, only to be told that they didn't have it and it was on back order, but they could have it by next week, but i was "more than welcome to use another pharmacy" if i needed to., knowing that i had brought this one here, because the other one, (literally across the parking lot) didn't have it either. This is a diabetic med and is too important to my health to be playing, "Pass the prescription." Be honest with me up front! If you don't have it, don't let me think you do and then have it go on for days. That's the trouble with a one horse town, these businesses know everyone has to ride it!
