Just received my second dose of my Briumvi infusion and I couldn’t be more happier with how fast and how easy the process has been receiving my Medication. I want to recognize Dr. Shard for his exceptional service providing all the knowledge I need to feel comfortable throughout my MS journey. I recommend Dr. Shard to any patient of any age group as I’ve gotten to observe (*through my multiple hour infusions*) how attentive and caring he is to all. Thank you for not making me feel like just another number, a true role mode.

After countless visits to other Dr.' s and neurologist . I was delighted to have been properly diagnosed by a well qualified Dr. at the Neurology Center. I have been a patient for approximately 7 years and receive weekly treatment. During this time I have been to 3 of the offices, in which I have only had positive experiences. The Dr.s, and the support staff are all extremely knowledgeable, polite and very supportive of the patients needs. My direct interaction is with Shard, Infusion Nurse , for San Bernardino , Whittier, and Rancho Cucamonga. He has always been excited to see his patients. He is respectful, and extremely knowledgeable of each person, and their personal needs and limitations. He goes out of his way to make sure each patient is comfortable during their time in the suit. Shard is extremely dedicated to his work, has great work ethics, as seen by his length of time with the agency. He always wants to ensure his patients needs are met . His upbeat personality , precision to detail is definitely what this agency needs. It's very comforting to know your in good hands where each individual is a dedicated team member and truly cares about your progress.

As a person who has had MS for many years now, I have had many experiences in treatments for this horrible disease. I have dealt with multiple Doctors, Nurses, Insurance Companies, Receptionists, you name it. Most of my experiences in dealing with these teams is has been negative, and usually I get treated like a number more than a person. I am not one to usually leave reviews, but after the amazing experience I had with California Specialty Pharmacy I want to take the time to put it out there and recognize when a business does the right thing by a person, especially in the healthcare industry. I first want to say that I have been a patient with CSP for 7 years now, every time I walk in the door, the experience I have from scheduling, to the time I leave my infusion is seamless. My medication is always on time, my appointments are always on time, and I usually go on with my day as planned which I appreciate. They have consistently had a high bar for customer service and continue to raise it every time I visit. I want to especially Thank and recognize Shard. Shard has been amazing with administering my infusions, and is extremely attentive to myself and every patient I have seen him interact with. Recently he went above and beyond in helping me through a difficult situation. My insurance company recently denied my medication in 2025, which after taking the same medication for years, was a major life changing event. After dealing with multiple appeals and finally getting my medication approved, Shard quickly helped walk me through the process to expedite the next steps and get me back on my treatment plan. This level of care and customer service from CSP and Shard will keep me as a life long patient, and I will be forever grateful for people in the Healthcare industry who truly care about their patients.

When things run smoothly it is ok but when it isn't brace yourself. You will be doing their job without the pay. I am diabetic and I require my medication. I am told that my prescription expired. Two days later they get it from the doctors office. They confirm they have it. Only after calling several times in one day because they are short handed. At the end of the day they confirm they have it but it's too late in the day to get it processed. I was assured that Monday I would receive a call. Monday at 3 I call because I haven't received a call. I then speak to a supervisor that says now we need your updated referral because the one we have on file expired. So this whole time I hussle to get what they need only to find out yet another thing was needed. I am not going to lag on getting anything. It is in my best interest that I get my medication. But why not communicate. I was told that the person I spoke to didn't know to look that up. So if they don't know how am I supposed to know if you don't tell me. Not that it is my job to get you what you need. Professionally I was never allowed to say well we emailed or faxed. If you need to pick up the phone please do so and do your job. You all get paid to be thorough not just pick up the phone. I don't understand how people have jobs without being thorough and doing the job you are tasked to do and see through. Patients that rely on their medication rely on you to be thorough.

I love California Specialty Pharmacy. Specifically; Jeanette Cervantes" she's so kind. And goes far and beyond to be helpful!!. The staff and pharmacists are great. I have been with them about 3 yrs. I'm not sure what, I'd do without them". Especially with this specialty medication. Synvisc1 is a knee injection medication. I would not be able to walk without it. I have been very lucky to have them. Overall A 5 star ⭐ I am pleased.
