I have been a patron of this independent pharmacy since the business started and plan to continue along with my added support for this independent pharmacy. Throughout the years the entire staff and the owner of this pharmacy have demonstrated exceptional customer service. In person visits always came with a welcome friendly greeting. The pharmacy offers quality services that in my case exceeded the customer services of the larger chain pharmacies. The team of excellent pharmacists have always taken the time to provide important medication related information and at times conducted a one-on-one consultation if requested. The pharmacists also tend to be more familiar with customers and offer advice and recommendations regarding medications, answering questions that may arise pertaining to related treatment in addition to the ability to access and review medications and discuss the medications, including potential side effects and interactions with clients. The receipt and dispensing of completed prescriptions to customers in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy, reliability in filling these requests and a shorter wait time in most cases than the large-scale pharmacies. Various vaccines for flu, viruses, and a range of other preventive services in promoting overall health and preventing or delaying disease. They offer an excellent delivery service in addition to in-person pharmacy pickup services. The pharmacy offers diversified medical diagnostic testing equipment and so much more. It is pivotal during these difficult and challenging times combined with technology rapidly developing and evolving at an unprecedented rate that demands the need for this type of pharmacy where we can enjoy the benefits of good health and yet be recognized as a person and not some inanimate statistic or a meaningless numerical value among the masses. Stay away. This pharmacy has the rudest pharmacist. I usually call to refill for DME but it’s been so long since I have used them that I couldn’t remember the process. This morning I called I didn’t get the pharmacist name but he was so nasty. 🤮 I will call again on Monday and talk to Ann she is the sweetest. Ready to switch pharmacy after this. No need to be rude, I thought people are supposed to be helpful when you call not rude. I said to him God bless you he said yes I need it, really I called you and you gave me an attitude. Don’t like your job maybe is time for a new one.

Worst phone system I’ve ever used. Not polite in person irritated at best

Pharmacies like this are hard to find. My family has been going here since it opened. Here, you are treated like a person, not a number. The staff is very kind and caring, always asking how the rest of my family is doing. And the delivery woman is always on time, and in a great mood. If you go to a retail chain pharmacy, I would recommend switching to Bunker Hill Pharmacy. They treat you like you matter, because to them, you do.

This is just the best Pharmacy in a 50 mile range. Old time feel with modern capabilities. Whoever's in charge of this Pharmacy is a genius. This Pharmacy is like an old 60s muscle car body with an advanced computerized modern fuel injected motor. When you call to speak with a pharmacist you will quickly be transferred to a pharmacist with at least 50+ years of experience. The only thing missing from this place is the old soda fountains. Please never change anything about this Pharmacy as it runs like a well oiled machine. I wish every small brick and mortar business had the same charm, balanced with state of the art modern equipment and knowledge. I drive one half hour out of my way from a different town just to use this Pharmacy. Thank you bunker hill for keeping the old style integrity but at the same time giving modern convenience. I would also like people to know that this Pharmacy doesn't play God and they treat all their customers with dignity and respect.

As an out-of-town new customer I was treated just as everyone else here attests-- like dear family. My Dad was newly in home hospice and was in agony. They moved mountains to get hospice and Medicare to approve needed medicine, even though no account had been established etc. As I sat on the bench and waited I could overhear them patiently tell the person on the other end of the phone, "I am sorry you need to do this now. The family member cannot leave without this medicine." I cannot recommend them more highly.

What a great group of people. I have been frequenting this establishment for 10 years +....Always treated with kindness & respect. Great (mom & pop style) pharmacy . Stop by for a great experience. They sincerely care about their customers!!!!! Thanks Bunker Hill Pharmacy Team...

In this day and age of large, busy conglomerate stores & pharmacies its absolutely amazing to still have an ( old school) store like this one. And they Deliver! Thank you BHP, 5 stars❤

I went with my daughter to get her COVID vaccine today. I can not say enough great things about the staff at Bunker Hill Pharmacy. Everyone from the woman that checked her in to the gentleman who gave her her shot. My daughter is very apprehensive about needles, but they made her feel welcome and at ease. He explained everything step by step !! I am so appreciative of the small and cozy environment instead of the militaristic coldness of the big pharmacies. Thank you Bunker Hill pharmacy for making today a pleasant experience . A million thank you's for being there !!

Great pharmacy. Small but packed with hard to find medical supplies. Staff friendly & helpful. I been going here for years & prefer the smaller old time mom & pop pharmacy over the big chain pharmacies where they don't even know your name
