East Main Pharmacy

For the past three year I have been going to East Main Pharmacy in Waterbury for medications for myself. Yesterday I drove 10 minutes to the pharmacy. When I arrived, walked in and asked for the medicine. I was completely ignored when I asked for assistance. After twenty minutes of waiting, the pharmacist approached with an attitude. I gave him the prescription, he turned around look for it. Five minutes later, he brought the meds to me. I went home to take the medicine with a glass of water when I noticed the pills were not the same kind I always take every morning. So I went back to complain because the pills I take very important for my health and I feel like they don't care what happens to me. I just want people to know and make sure before leaving the pharmacy that they have the correct medication.

Do yourself a favor a do not come to this pharmacy. I have been working here for the past 2 years the pharmacist knows of the mistakes that have been going on for 3 months now of not discontinuing old prescriptions. They did not do drug pick verification for almost 2 years which is fraud lying to the insurance company. They do not care about they're patients constantly doing mistakes on the med boxes . Overworking they're staff Tushar the pharmacist is constantly talking down to his staff simply because he is in a higher pay rank. Appreciate your work set and customers. Not to mention that the nurses a so used to the pharmacist preferring them over their workers that they feel entitled and expect the technicians to drop everything they're doing because they arrived lol what a joke

Great pharmacy. The staff always answers the phone promptly. Other pharmacies keep you waiting and waiting. I love the fact that everything is already ready for me and the process is very quick when I go in to pick up medication. If something happens to not be ready they will get it ready right away. They also contact the Dr when refills are necessary. If something has changed with a medication order they always let me know. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Love the convenience and attention at this small pharmacy!😊👍🏻👍🏻

The most friendly and helpful staff. Always answer phone calls right away and get helped as soon as I walk in. Every other pharmacy I’ve used in the past I get put on hold and a 10-30 minute wait in line. They always contact doctors for refills without me having to remind them. They always go above and beyond and always with a good attitude.

Love the attention I get using a local privately owned pharmacy. Every time I call I actually can speak to a person in seconds. Try calling CVS and see if you can get anyone on the phone. The staff at East Main Pharmacy is great, helpful, professional and friendly.

All they care about is money. They didn't fill my prescription and never even calledto tell me why. They never answer the phone. I have not had my medication in two days now. This is critical medication that I depend on for my life and he just t re lls me to call the insurance company. Never even asked if the meds were important or if I would be alright. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS!

I haven't used this pharmacy yet but want to switch because I'm really fed up with CVS and after reading the reviews I'm calling tomorrow to switch I switched pharmacies and all I had to do was make a phone call and they took care of everything and immediately started delivering!

Honestly let me start by saying hello everything I am saying is nothing but the truth I decided to leave a comment because I’m fed up this pharmacy start off really good delivery my meds when I need them calling me when they arrive but the last few months have been outrageous.they would come deliver my meds not call me ask me am I home and leave without delivering and saying I wasn’t outside. I had got Covid and the guy delivering my meds though my meds at my door after getting upset I couldn’t come outside to get them lately they haven’t been delivering my meds when do last time I had to go to then to get my meds because I was overdo and they wouldn’t deliver I feel bad for the people who goes to these pharmacy’s thinking they gonna be great and they r not yes I am switching my pharmacy I just needed to put a review so everyone can see that they don’t do everthing or anything unless you can advocate for yourself

Horrible customer service

Lack of Professionalism, Poor communication, Poor customer service. NOT CONSIDERATE AND CARING AT ALL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I HAD TO CHANGE PHARMACY. BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE.
