The pharmacy needs to get rid of there phone . If you call they will put you on hold till you hang up and won’t let you even say anything. 35 mins on hold they picked up 6 times and immediately put me back on hold just wanted to know how much was my prescription was gonna be ,to make sure I had enough before going ?

Customer service is rude, called to ask a question she was belligerent and ignorant the pharmacist is rude. This store location needs to be shut down immediately. I was forced to give a one star. I wish I could give zero.

Quick and easy depending on the time you go

Pointless to schedule an appointment for a covid test here. You will still have to wait an hour or more. It inexplicably takes them 20 minutes of entering information into the computer before your test. There is zero contact with anyone for a test though so it seems safe at least.

Worst customer service. My sister and I went to print some pictures and we asked for the cable to print them , the young lady was rude the whole time she doesn’t seems she likes to help their customers. Then it said to come back in 30 min. The young lady that “helped” us knew it wasn’t working and she didn’t tell us anything. We got there to pick up the pictures , and then they guy at the register said oh put the printers are out of service , and the young lady that gave us the cable didn’t said anything at all. If I could give 0 stars I would, they don’t have customer service neither help their customers..

This Walgreens is trash. Came here for a Covid test and the appointment was for 3pm. The line is extremely long and when you call the pharmacy they put you on hold for 30 minutes + then hang up on you constantly. The location is trash and the staff is trash.
