Walmart Pharmacy

The staff is very kind and professional. I had some difficulties with my dad’s nebulizer medication prescription. The pharmacist and staff were very patient, and dedicated to resolving and filling the prescription in a timely manner. This was my first time utilizing Walmart’s pharmacy, and I was quite impressed. A friend loves this location, and raves about the staff; the accolades were truly warranted. Impressive customer service considering the volume of clients.

The Clinton Walmart is convenient to me, but no matter when or what time I go to pick up a prescription it is super crowded. Vein s senior and a husband with medical challenges, time is very critical for me. The staff is very congenial and customer friendly but the wait is very discouraging. I have had very positive results by the pharmacists giving the flu shots and have never had a reaction. I do hope consideration is given to adding staff to this extremely critical and necessary service to our community.

I can't say that the entire pharmacy staff is unprofessional for a popular store like Walmart but I called, just now and still on hold, to help a patient receive her medication and was put on hold 3 times in 1 phone all that lasted over 15 minutes, this happened today. I called yesterday as well and was placed on hold for a long time but couldn't wait as long because it was busy her at work. I hope the woman who is so rude with attitude get some training on how to provide acceptable costumer service. Very bad experience and I still have not received the answer to a question I asked her before she placed my call on hold. So sad for patients who really need their medicines.

Honestly, I don't bother with reviews but this walmart made me want to rip my hair out. Everyone was very kind, that wasn't the problem. But the lines.... they had hardly anyone working and lines miles long on a Monday at 3pm. What? And they barely had anything at all. I went to the pharmacy too and their line was crazy long but they did a great job moving fast and again very kind.... But I couldn't even shop for anything else. Very crowded and unstaffed.

The entire staff is pleasant and displays excellent customer service. When it is crowded they try to move the line as fast as they can while providing good service. Thank you Walmart Clinton Pharmacy.

I have obtained vaccines from this pharmacy and my husband uses their RX refill services. We both value their services. The staff is pleasant.

I have been calling every where to get a flu and pneumonia shoot, I called Walmart pharmy and immediately I got a response told me no appointment is needed just bring your insurance card. Thank you for good service.

Worst place to get a prescription filled. They told me the most i would have to wait is a hr (which is bad enough) then i came and the lady put the WRONG script in even when i told her. They have a terrible attitude. Didnt even respond to me when i approached the counter and said hello. She just looked at me

They seem to be overwhelmed a lot. Service is usually good but so many other factors that make my family dred having to go there.
