City Drug Store has been my pharmacy for quite a while now. The fact that they deliver makes it very convenient for times when I can't get out to pick it up myself, but that is just the beginning. The staff is very friendly and helpful! If I have questions, they're always great about explaining everything! I've seen them go above and beyond what I would consider "regular" customer service quite a few times. One time, I was very, very ill with influenza and an infection. (I was tested at the ER). The ER doctor had sent my prescriptions to a local pharmacy, instead of my regular City Drug and it was the weekend. This caused a hardship because not only could I not get to the other pharmacy (we don't have a car and the ARTS bus doesn't run regular trips on the weekends), but I was too sick and weak to leave the recliner. I spoke with the pharmacist at CDS and he told not to worry. Not very long later, he called me back to let me know that he'd arranged for the prescriptions to be transfered and he was filling them immediately! I love that they're a locally owned, small business, too. If you need a new pharmacy, for whatever reason, you won't be disappointed!
Very professional and helpful. They were able to get us a savings plan for the medication that saved us over $200 on the co-pays.
Has been my family pharmacy for over 15-20 yrs. Professional, friendly, always through. The staff is terrific!
Long time sponsor of many community causes like ours. The staff are top notch, they deserve all the praise you see here. The City Drug girls keep smiling even after encounters with some sour grapes like Greg G. It's too bad his many months of great experiences, evidenced by his original 5 star review in June, got spoiled due to insurance changes that the staff has no control over. Pity. Keep up the great work ladies!
I switched to this drug store a while back at first all was fine.always having to tell them to put tape on the bottles so the writing would not come off because you can't read the bottles unless you have the tape.there answer was some of us do some don't really dangerous for senior's.my last straw with them was the attitude with the pharmacist.on a co pay it wasn't about the co pay it was the attitude he had when I asked him he throws a slip of paper in the window and walks off no sorry or anything except a terrible attitude.also if you want to make multiple trips to a pharmacy because they can't get prescriptions in order to pick up all at one time this is your go to place.do yourself a favor go to the chain pharmacy and get you meds.this place and the pharmacist are terrible and they don't care
Quick n easy. Clear concise communication.

Great staff, service, and location. Agree with Grime Chop that the new pharmacy construction is quite modern. I’m afraid that’s just the change up when you consider the full gamut of services like immunizations, medication therapy management, and compounding.
Good people with great service, and I can’t express enough how nice the modern feel is when you walk in. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
A wonderful experience. The owner takes pride in customer service and treats you like a friend. I will definitely be back!
