Got a solicitation from CVS saying that they had the latest Covid vaccine booster. Set up an appointment for yesterday at the Osage Beach CVS #04080. I got there and was told they had no one to administer the shot because the pharmacist broke her finger. OK. They re-scheduled me for the next day (today) and I showed up for the appointment for the assigned time of 930 AM. The man I was dealing with said that they just opened and were too busy to give the shot. I said I was rescheduled for this time due to the injured pharmacist. He started going on about how they aren't staffed properly to give vaccines and he was going to reschedule this to another location. When I told him that location didn't have the booster. He walked away and came back a minute later and said he hadn't been that this location for 4 months and his credentials had expired so he couldn't give the shot. He also started ranting that this was the last time they would be doing shots at that location because he was sick of it. He told me he would rescedule me at another location but never did. Never using CVS again. Never.
The employees are always friendly and listen to your questions and provide feedback and answer you with courtesy. Enjoy my visit with CVS. My favorite employee is John at the drive through pharmacy located at the Schnucks Store in St. Charles
My pharmacy is always short staffed and closed. Called CVS on Kestrel Ln and they got my scripts in the same day I called. Everyone was welcoming and very happy to help! I will be transferring my business here!!
Absolute worst pharmacy. Prescriptions on auto refill NEVER FILLED ON TIME. Not once. Ever. Come in multiples days, multiple time and still excuses as to why they only filled the walk in patients scrips and nothing on auto refill. When I call and it says they will be ready that’s what I expect. God forbid you need any medicines to keep you alive.
Usually go to drive thru. They are always friendly and polite. I always go to pharmacy on kestrel. When I do go into the store I am always greeted by the in store employees, never have a bad experience.
