I have genetic polymorphisms which make me sensitive to excipients which are typically used in many compounds. My sensitivities caused me to think there was a problem with the formulation Stanley had prepared for me, and I left a detailed message: expecting , frankly, not much response. I was wrong. Kendra investigated, called me back, and took the time to explain things clearly, and let me know that they'd be happy to make adjustments in the future and tailor the formulation to my specific needs (no flavors, coloring, etc.). Kendra's explanation led to my Doctor and I being able to figure out how my genetics had impacted my response (salivation), and thus better understand how to manage my own complex medical needs. Her diligence and care changed me from a "won't come back," to feeling these were people I could trust with my health. The particular compound they made for me actually compensates for specific polymorphisms, which restores my HPA Axis function: so its critical for my functioning. As I often travel to Europe, it's critical thet my meds work right so I'm not stuck out of the country and unbalanced. As a neuroscience researcher, I understand the complexity of compounding, and believe Stanley is a place you can trust. They're clearly committed take care of complex needs, and work with you if you have difficulties. That's exactly what makes compounding so important for folks with critical health needs, and why I will use Stanley again in the future. As my neuroscience work began after retiring young from a Costco corporate career, I also understand customer service very well. I believe Stanley covers the bases in both complex compounding AND caring enough to kindly take care of complex patient needs. Keile (if spelled wrong: my apologies) was also a terrific example of someone who cares about customers. As a retailer, I spent a lot of time addressing customer difficulties. The way Stanley handled mine: they earned a great review. ;)

I agree with some of the reviews below. "If you want a pharmacy that lacks communication with its customers then this is the pharmacy for you." Every time I would request a refill, it would take too long to get it when most of the time I was nearly out -- on top of that, other compounding pharmacies I use for other medications take half the time. I also asked to speak to a manager of pharmacist on the phone to discuss the needed for my prescription (because I was out). Not only was I not able to speak with someone, the employee hung up on me after putting me on hold when asking to speak to a manager or pharmacist?! The customer service is not pleasant or helpful. Also the way they filled my medicine there was not a good way to tell if it was almost out based on the color of the tube, material, and the mechanism of retrieval. If you needed a medication early they also charged you alot more. Overall medications take way too long. Very disappointed and will not be using again. Will only use other compounding pharmacies in the area for my needs.

I had an excellent experience at the pharmacy, thanks to Kendra in customer service! While I was waiting in line, I watched her handle several difficult patients with incredible patience and professionalism. She remained calm and courteous throughout, ensuring each person received the help they needed. When it was my turn, Kendra provided me with detailed information about my prescriptions and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this pharmacy !

I got there right before they closed and they accommodated my prescription even though it was not ready yet. Friendly and professional people. Place can be a bit hard to find as it's in a L- shaped commercial center but the good prices make it well worth the drive.

If you want a pharmacy that lacks communication with its customers then this is the pharmacy for you. I was told this was the only pharmacy known to compound a specific medication that I need. Every time I would request a refill, it would take weeks to get it. Every time I called I'd get the excuse that the items needed were on back order. They were asked numerous times over the past year to please communicate issues with me, and their response was we don't notify people every time something with a prescription changes. This lack of communication has cost me to go with out medication several weeks at a time on a few different occasions. The most recent issue was I requested the refill, never heard back, and when I contacted them they told me there was an issue with my Rx being expired. I asked them why they did call me to tell me this, and I got the same answer as mentioned above. I then called my doctor to have it resent. I went a few more days and still heard nothing. I called back a second time, and they told me it was called in the wrong way. I again asked if they could please commilunicate with me with any issues so I can try and get things fixed in a timely manner. They still refused to communicate with me. I finally found another pharmacy that could handle my needs, and they got my rx and fulfilled the order in a 3 day span, where as it has been 4 weeks with Stanley trying to get it filled. I will never use Stanley's again!
