I have tried to pick up a prescription 3 times. Each time I am told it is not there and then I would get a call a few days later saying it is. Wouldn't recommend as the staff is pretty rude. Just switched to Providence!
Great place for your meds , always willing to work with people , and they go out of their way to help people get things that they need , friendly and very respectful
I have grown increasingly frustrated with the service and staff here, and if there were any other choice in town I'd switch. Any time I try to call to renew my prescription my call is rarely if ever answered, and after a minute or so I am normally hung up on. I tried going through the drive up but was ignored while I sat there waiting for service. I'm not sure what to do to get anyones attention there and it makes me feel like I'm bothering them when I go in.
I have never felt welcomed here. It didn't take long to fill prescriptions but the staff always looked like they were hurried and annoyed. Always have difficulties reaching your insurance as well.
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. Not to mention the horrible customer service. I refuse to take the drive thru anymore because that makes your five minute trip a 25 minute trip. When you go inside the pharmacist and everyone else who works there is rude and annoyed with your presence. I don’t have insurance and whenever I pay and tell them so, they usually say something sarcastic or roll their eyes at me. I called today to ask a question about my meds and first time the woman hung up on me because she “couldn’t hear me” when I called back a man answered and was so disrespectful I ended the conversation in tears. Although meds may be cheaper here, the service is TERRIBLE. Not to mention nine times out of ten I go there, MY MEDS AREN'T EVEN READY!! Mind you, I susally wait a couple days before picking them after they’ve been filled because of this exact reason. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!!!
It took over 40 minutes to get my prescription filled. The pharmacist was not very friendly not helpful. I got the distinct feeling that he didn't want me in his business. It will be quite a long time before I return.
I've had both bad and good experiences here. I've found if you don't go here around closing time or before a bad storm is going to hit, the staff is friendly and helpful. Lately I haven't had any complaints about this usave.
Let’s face it—going to the pharmacy isn’t fun, and finding out what insurance doesn’t cover is the worst. Still, the pharmacists and staff at usave are always friendly and willing to explain how to sneak a medication to a picky kiddo, avoid side effects, and have the best treatment possible.
During after school time it gets busy its nice you cant expect super speed it is decent
Great staff and even better pharmacists. Just and overall great experience
