Linden Retail Specialty Pharmacy

I just had my first experience with this pharmacy and they called me very promptly about my prescription.. Chee is very efficient, helpful, and professional. I’m so impressed!! They are a breath of fresh air compared to other pharmacies I’ve experienced in the past.

It is a real shame to have to report this, because their service has otherwise been excellent. But twice they have delivered meds at 9:30 am on a Saturday after I called specifically to ask them not to deliver until after 12 noon because I work so late. I was told both times that the delivery would be after 1pm. Yet they came at 9:30, and there is a big sign on the front door saying not to ring or knock before noon. But they rang and knocked anyway. Now after 5 hours sleep I'm nearly catatonic and have to cancel an appointment for today. I also have to make a long drive. Furious beyond words at this pharmacy.

I've been using Linden Pharmacy for about a year now and have been beyond happy! They are super quick to respond, verify insurance information and answer questions well. I use the delivery service and again, they are always on time, communicate beyond my expectations and are always willing to jump in should there be any issues! Also, the pharmacy itself is super clean and very modern looking! Took my by suprise in the surrounding area

I have been using Linden Retail Pharmacy for over a year and am never disappointed in their customer service. They are outstanding in their service and customer care. All of the staff are professional and most patient with customers. They make sure you are completly satisfied with your visit to the pharmacy. From the front end to the pharmacist they are there to be sure you are fully conformtable with your prescription. They do everything that is necessary to ensure your prescriptions are ready and or delivered when promised. They help me obtain a costly drug for zero co-pay and deliver it to my home, in north Jersey, free. Many thanks to you and your wonderful staff

Delivers on schedule even with me being about an hour or more away. Always have prescription in stock. Calls promptly when prescription due for a refill. Always friendly.

They are simply THE BEST! I'm heading overseas right now and needed my prescription filled early so I would have enough while I am away. This required a vacation override from my insurance. This meant numerous phone calls to the insurance and doctors office. The only one I could count on in this process was Linden Specialty Retail. They always came through with the phone call and got it done! No big chain pharmacy would ever have done what they did. I could not be more grateful! A trip that I had planned for over a year would have been ruined but for their great service! Thank you!!!

I have been a customer of the pharmacy for a few months now and I have to say the customer service is excellent. The communication is fluid. The care that goes into ensuring every script is full filled goes beyond what the eye can see.

Great pharmacy Staff is always friendly and professional. They are super prompt with reaching out and always take time out to explain everything. Business hours are extremely accommodating, especially for those who work crazy hours and aren't able to get to a pharmacy until the late in the evening!
