Smith Brothers Pharmacy

Been going there for 40 years since the new owner bought it. Everything sucks. They actually called the cops on me today. They showed up at my house saying that I was not nice to the people in the store, which is not true always been nice and courteous to them. The pharmacist who I’ve never seen before automatically said I’m gonna call the cops didn’t make sense to me so I asked for a list of my prescriptions and I left 10 minutes later the cops were at my house. Tell me I was irate, which is so not true done with them went to CVS.

Good staff. I have a large monthly order and they rarely get it complete and timely. This month timely but short three. And now website does not work

I have been using Smith Brothers pharmacy for many years. I actually enjoy going there because the staff treats me like family. Larry Kaufman, the main pharmacist, always takes the time to listen to my problems and always seems to have the right recommendations. He is extremely friendly and we always share a good joke or story. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a pharmacy, but I'm so comfortable there, unlike a chain like Rite Aid where you're just another number. They also have a great selection and their prices are always reasonable. I've sent all my friends there and you should go too. Great experience.

This pharmacy has the friendliest and most helpful staff. I have been taking the same medication for over a year now, I have been going to cvs for all of my prescriptions paying $390 for ever refill until I meet my $1500 prescription deductible. But I transferred to this pharmacy today for insurance purposes and the woman who helped me informed me about a savings card that I can sign up for online for my specific medication that brought my cost down to only $5!!! What’s great is I didn’t have to ask her - she openly offered this information to me. You just got yourself a forever customer!

They have been my pharmacy for over 10 years and they treat me like a small town business should. They know who I am and always greet me kindly. They have also saved me money every time they could! They work hard and they are very dependable. They value my business and that's a good feeling!!

This place has gone downhill. They used to have top notch service but not anymore. When you have to return to the store 2 or 3 times to pick up your monthly scripts and they are often incorrect, is dangerous and irresponsible. When you are supposed to take your meds regularly but can't because of what seems to be a lack of attention to detail is not what I call first class service, which is what I used to get at Smith Brothers all the way back to when it was SunRay. Very sad that Smith Brothers is now taking queues from the big commercial pharmacies like CVS. I'm trying hard to support the little guy but if this keeps up I guess it will be CVS.

Great pharmacy. I enjoy going there and the entire staff are super nice and helpful. Very fast service! Unlike the chain places that treat you poorly and only know you by what's on their computer screen.

I've never had anything but good experiences at Smith brothers. They've helped me out with my medication have been willing to give me partial fills when I couldn't afford the whole thing. And they always have covid tests

The staff at the pharmacy is great. They are always willing to help me with all of my prescription needs. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and are always available to answer my questions. This is definitely the best pharmacy in maple shade.
