Bern going for years - always helpful while the BIG CHAINS are not. My doctor reccomended - he was spot on correct!

I had a fantastic experience at South-wood Rita Pharmacy,The pharmacy was clean, organized, and welcoming. Natalie provided exceptional service, guiding me through over-the-counter medication options with incredible knowledge and care. Highly recommend this pharmacy for outstanding service.

WOW!!! Everything in the store is over priced. They even charge $0.25 for a bag!!! Stay away. Go up the street to Walmart...save your money

I have never experienced such unprofessional and incompetent service at a pharmacy as I did at Rita’s Pharmacy. When my doctor called in a prescription, I was told it wasn’t approved by my insurance. After contacting my insurance myself, I learned it was approved and that the pharmacy needed to follow up directly. After much back and forth, they admitted the medication was on back order and instructed me to find another pharmacy. When I asked them to transfer the prescription, they refused, insisting the other pharmacy contact them instead. The other pharmacy stated that Rita’s needed to initiate the transfer. The pharmacy tech I spoke with was dismissive, unhelpful, and incredibly rude throughout the process. Even when the other pharmacy reached out, the tech continued to be difficult, going so far as to call them ‘morons’—behavior I find completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I informed him that I would no longer be bringing prescriptions to this pharmacy due to his lack of assistance, he responded by saying he didn’t care and then hung up on me. This is not how customers should be treated. I also know many long-time customers of this pharmacy, and I will be sharing my experience with them to ensure they take their business elsewhere. It is clear that this pharmacy does not value its customers or care about providing even basic service. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place as well

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ritas is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used. They are courteous, efficient and never leave people waiting longer than 10 minutes. They take the time to get to know everyone and the medication they use. The pharmacist Jake along with the staff is amazing and always respectful. I can't stress enough how much better this pharmacy is than ALL the rest. Take your prescriptions to them and you will see how much easier and pleasant getting them filled will be. Linda DeSarno

Excellent independent pharmacy! The pharmacists are so fast, reliable and helpful. I've developed a great relationship with them and my doctor loves working with this pharmacy. They go the extra mile to make sure my meds are ready without a problem and have even caught a few mistakes from my multiple providers. Not to mention they deliver right to my doorstep and allow easy house charge accounts as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Rita pharmacy is top notch. Dealt with mail for n for years for 90 day supply. Switched to Rita for 90 days this year.. scripts filled on time. Been dealing with them for 30 yrs for other meds Now my go to pharmacy. Jig and staff are courteous and helpful in every aspect of the business

This pharmacy is unrateable!! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They treat people with the most respect. I am certain if you are interested in going to try their services, you will not be disappointed!!! They are a 10 on any scale!!!!

I have issues with this place regarding UPS deliveries on a regular basis. UPS always leaves my medication here without noticing me. In fact UPS does not even try to deliver it to my apartment but just leaves it at Ritas Pharmacy right away... and eventhough my phone number is always on the package, the staff here does not care about informing me about the delivery either. They sent my medication back already twice. Its medication and they call themself a pharmacy but dont care for me actually getting it. I think thats totally irresponsible. Hopefully i wont have to deal with this place again.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. They make you feel like part of their family. Timely with prescriptions and my go to place for Covid testing (PCR).

The pharmacists and staffs working there are super friendly. They always look out for me and other patients and are always eager to help!! Definitely recommend going to this pharmacy :)

Looking on Google it says open 9am-2pm but when you call the # attached to here the recording says hours for today closed from 2pm it would be greatly appreciated if the information corresponded to each other

Horrible customer service, dud surgical supplies and ignorant, rude managers. Try other pharmacies nearby, don't bother with this one.
