Brooklyn Pharmacy

Brooklyn Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used. They genuinely care about their community and their customers. Their staff is knowledgeable, kind, and works quickly and efficiently to help you get the medication you need. Their app works well for refilling medication. They’re the first independently owned pharmacy I’ve used, and the difference in the quality of care at Brooklyn Pharmacy is so great that it makes me never want to return to a big box pharmacy again. I also love that they’ve been serving the Portland community since the 1800s and they still have pieces of their history preserved through the pharmacy. Brooklyn Pharmacy is a local gem and they also have the cutest dog, Hal, who is the sweetest! Highly recommend them!

We love this pharmacy. Staff is kind and very helpful. Pat (owner) is so incredibly down to earth and very helpful. And HAL... he's the best too!

I just had the best experience at Brooklyn pharmacy! They filled my prescription within an hour, caught a potential allergy interaction, and called back my doctor to switch it to an alternative drug with no allergies. So much better customer service than at Fred Meyers.

Best local pharmacy in PDX. The pharmacist is always helpful, patient, and thorough. Prices are competitive with the other large chains (which you should avoid anyway) and they will do what they can. Also, their dog is such a sweetheart.

The way a pharmacy should be! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful pharmacist and staff who remembered me on my second visit. Now let's pass State House Bill 3212 to make sure such community pharmacies can continue to care for patients.

AMAZING SERVICE! - ABOVE AND BEYOND! The highest degree of professionalism, as friendly as family. I was permanently disabled from a brain injury years ago and then survived a stroke so I have cognitive issues and over 15 medications. This staff has been so helpful with my medications and patient with my speech/cognitive issues (very embarrassing). After years with the big chains Brooklyn Pharmacy has really made a difference with my health care. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

After years of having Walgreens/CVS as my only option i was relieved to become a Brooklyn Drug customer. Pharmacy like this is hard to come by these days and im happy to give them my business.

I have been going here for years and love this place. It's so nice to support a locally owned business, especially after a million horrible experiences with walgreens/fred meyer/etc. When I call Brooklyn, I always talk to a real person right away. It is easy to communicate with them because I can just send a text message. They sync up all my meds so I can pick them up at once and are really reliable about asking for refills and making sure I get things. Everyone is really nice and it doesn't have the harsh lighting and soulless feeling you see so many other big places. They also have a very cute dog named Hal (hypoallergenic). I am moving away but wish I could still use them! Highly recommend : )

Brooklyn Pharmacy is truly the best. They're always on top of it and go above and beyond to help their patients. They are extremely communicative, transparent, efficient, and knowledgeable, and everyone who I have interacted with there has been so kind and helpful. I had to leave a review because I have never had a better experience with a pharmacy. They have come through for me more than once when I was in a pinch because other, larger pharmacies weren't able to fill a medication or didn't communicate with me in a timely manner and I had to scramble to get my medication on time. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients and are also just really good at what they do.

They have a comfort canine and the staff are responsive to my request and questions. They even gave me care side service when I was so sick / infuriated that I couldn’t get out of the passenger seat. Great people!
