Well staffed. Professional and open WITH a drive through even during "lunch"! In and out super quick if you must go in. Stop using the profit driven big chains! They cut cost and that costs YOU time and sometimes money!

Excellent. Reasonable co-pay, fast service and a drive-through service (+ dog treats if you have dogs lol!)

Have been coming here infrequently over the last few years and have always had good service until today. Had issues yesterday trying to get pain medication filled after surgery, spoke on the phone with a tech who stated we were trying to refill too soon. We hadn’t actually filled it since leaving the hospital. They said they would check into it. We received no response for the rest of the day. I called again today and was told they couldn’t fill it due to it being filled already elsewhere, which it hadn’t been. Had to call the surgeons office again and see if it had been called in wrong. Around and around we went. Which is all fine, maybe something was entered incorrectly and needed to be fixed. However, when speaking with Liesel, (not sure of her title) she talked over the top of me, told me that our “stories” didn’t match and she couldn’t “take our word for it”, basically insinuating we were drug seeking. She kept citing some database she would have to check first, but when I ask her why hadn’t she done that yesterday she had no response for it. Finally, the doctors office had to call them and then magically the prescriptions were available for pick up. When I went to pick up the prescriptions I told Liesel that she had come across very rude and I didn’t appreciate her insinuating that we were trying to get something we shouldn’t be. I was calm; I said it quietly and directly to her, wasn’t trying to attract any attention to the conversation. Her response was the snarkiest “well, you’re entitled to your opinion’. Yes, I am, and here it is. I’ve worked in service. All she had to say was that it wasn’t her intention or that she was sorry I took it the wrong way or any number of responses where she didn’t even have to admit to actually being excessively rude. Instead, she topped it off with more rudeness. Disappointing.

The best way I could describe this place as it’s like Star Trek and specifically the pharmacy is Scotty

Refuse to use any other pharmacy! We have used Stayton Pharmacy for about 3 years now because of their quality of service. We get text alerts when our prescription is ready, with the amount owed. Most of the time, they are able to fill it within a day of calling it in. Love the convenience of the drive-up window. Knowledge pharmacist and staff.

This place is the worst and be careful of what they try to give you. I was order liquid iron and when I came in the tried to give me iron capsules. I refused those and said please hold. We'll I went home contacted my doctor on my cart where it shows EVERYTHING to let her know what happened. So she reordered the prescription and here I am to pick up. Well my medical doesn't pay for the liquid so I said can I have the capsules back that I had put on hold. And she tried tell me those are over the counter.... what?? Nothing but a joke....

Head pharmacy manager was belittling, steamrolled the conversation, and hung up on me. Told me I'm the issue and I'm not welcome as a customer anymore. Refused whomever he reports to, said he was at the top, but sure didn't act like it. Incredibly unprofessional and I have lost all respect for this small town pharmacy that should be better. So when I complained about the lack of communication on a backordered medication, I was told by the manager that they needed to have a picture of my ID in their file in order to further help me. I asked them why Walgreens didn't require a scan of my photo and he said they did. Well they do not, they ask to see it each time like every other pharmacy I've dealt with. Manager proceeds to read the law to me which clearly states that one or the other is required. Manager became frustrated I wasn't agreeing with his interpretation of federal law and told me to take my business elsewhere. He refused to identify himself and stated he was going to hang up on me and proceeds to hang up on me. When I went inside at the end of day to get said managers name, he denied hanging up on me, put words in my mouth, and said there was no management above him. If this is the best service they have (at the top), I'm disappointed and done. I tried to get ahold of management and or ownership, all they did was block me on Facebook. I'm sure Walgreens is no better but I sure wish for better.

Best Pharmacy around bar none! Knowledgeable and eager staff, quick service, good prices, always on point. I’ve tried the others so I speak with confidence to say, get your prescriptions here!
