Professional Building Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now. I have a medication that I get filled every month, & every month after picking up my medication I think to myself "Wow, this pharmacy is truly outstanding! I need to leave a review!" On the way to pickup my prescription today after work & got caught in unexpected traffic. They close at 6pm. I arrived at the drive through at 6:02pm, so the window was closed. To my surprise, as I was getting ready to drive away someone opened the blinds & re-opened the window to service me! If that doesn't say everything you need to hear about an awesome pharmacy, well then you must be fortunate to not have much experience dealing with pharmacies. The entire staff goes above & beyond. They are courtesy, non-judgmental, & never disappoint. Thank you Professional Building Pharmacy! You truly are the absolute best!!!

This pharmacy deserves the highest accolades one can give. I'll try to make story short, but its one that I feel needs to be said. My family lives in Webster and has for the past 20 years. My entire family started using this pharmacy because it was so close to their house. I had My Grandfather and Grandmother (Alvis and Marilyn Cobb) Mom , (Teresa Warren) and our Rock of our family, My Beautiful Aunt ( Cathy Cobb, whom was a paraplegic) that all live right off Texas Ave. I first became aware of this pharmacy by running up there and picking up meds for them. Everytime I would go, it would Always be ready, or if there was something I needed to relay to them, they would explain and already have a solution worked out. (HOW many Pharmacies already have a solution and just let us know how its being resolved? PFFST...none. ever in my experience, they wait til you arrive then tell you the issue and ask you to figure it out usually). TPBP calls when they have Any questions, need to let you know of any delay, inform you of basically ANYTHING that might delay things with your prescriptions. THEY TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO CALL AND HAVE A SOLUTION USUALLY WHEN THEY DO. This Alone makes them above and beyond other Pharmacies. Now on a personal note, everyone that works there has Always known all members of my family. After I started picking scripts up for the fam, they would just see me and automatically pull any and all scripts for anyone in the family. When we lost my Grandfather, Grandmother, and just a few months ago, My Amazing Aunt. They sent the sweetest Cards signed by the staff for each funeral. You could tell the loss they felt loosing some of their most dedicated customers. They have treated me and my Aunts nurse just the same. I live in Spring, 50min. North. My mother still lives there, so I am down to visit some, but definitely not as much as prior the loss of Aunt Cathy. When I started to stay om the Northside, I tried to have the old Walgreens I used to get my prescriptions filled out, obviously because now they are closer to me. Let me tell you. IT TOOK ME ALL I HAD to not loose my cool on them. I used to use them until I myself got sick, requiring more meds than a 52 year old woman should, so PBP has been my pharmacy the past 5 years as well. I Always knew they were special, but until I tried to get a very simple script filled at this old Walgreens, I have more appreciation for the Pharmacy AND ALL THE STAFF. I can call, they know not only me, but know my meds better than I do. The point of this story is PURE HONEST GOOD OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR APPRECIATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.... I will continue to drive 50 minutes to Webster to pick up my medications from now until I no longer can. They had my families buisness for Life and now they have mine. Thank you guys. You All are such a rare find in a city too focused on the wrong thing. You are the Epitome of what good customer service should look like. Not only face to face, but from start finish.

Service was great, helped me find things once they were not longer helping a customer. I didn't find everything I was looking for, but still found some great finds! Including a arm cast covers, that was cheaper than online!

I love this little pharmacy. They always have the meds that I need filled and they get processed quickly. The pharmacist and staff are all super nice.

I have been a customer for over ten years & Professional Building Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. They are professional & very caring treating people with kindness & understanding. They fill prescriptions quickly & answer all your questions. They are some of the nicest people. They know your name. I feel lucky to have them as my pharmacy. Great business.

People typically have nothing good to say about their experience with a pharmacy, but the opposite is true here: I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. They are fast, friendly, and very personable. They offer very reasonably priced delivery service and have never had an issue with not having my prescription in stock. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!

Kevin always goes beyond the call of duty for all the many years we have worked with him at professional Pharmacy. Samantha and Ivy are so efficient and a delight to work with as is everyone on the staff.
