Can't even talk to a real person about an urgent matter. You are practically forced to leave a voicemail then expected to be ok with a 1 hour callback. If you try to avoid the forced voicemail, the robot tells you to call back later then hangs up on you. Yes I called when they were not on their meal break.

I totally agree with all the comments about the call Line and wonder why with all the comments from administration that they are going to resolve this that in the five years I have gone to this pharmacy It has Never been resolved! Really poor service from both the pharmacy and the front counter. It’s gotten to the point I’m looking at other insurance companies so I may get away from Centerville CVS. PS don’t need a response from administration because you never follow through anyway

I get better customer service at Taco Bell Seriously, incredibly unprofessional. Their hours on Sunday are a very narrow window. They are posted as one thing and when I show up they tell everyone we didn't have lunch come back in half an hour. They are only open for 2 hours the entire day

“Solid 4 stars for CVS! The pharmacy staff deserves an award for their top-notch ‘heat’ service—because they were fire. Even when I showed up just before their lunch break, looking like a last-minute panic buyer, they still helped me out. It was like a high-stakes game of ‘Beat the Clock,’ and they came through like champs. Deducting one star because now I feel like I owe them a box of donuts for cutting into their lunchtime. But hey, I’ll be back… and maybe this time I’ll bring snacks!”

While the staff has always been rather polite, I still have plenty of issues with this pharmacy. My main one being: Why can't I talk to a REAL human being when calling them??? The bot system, while useable at times, can be extremely frustrating when I *need* to talk to someone. I don't wanna have to drive all the way there only for them to tell me I need to wait... I work at a pharmacy myself so I get the problems that can occur and am patient with the staff cause I know sometimes some things just happen or can't be done, but at least have an option to talk to a real person. Honestly just fix this issue and things would be so much easier at the end of the day.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 years. It used to be great, but the truth these days is that the staff has a high rate of turn over, and you can no longer talk to a pharmacist by calling. I will be moving my prescriptions to Wally World next door. At least they have consistent staffing. CVS if you read this, the final nail was an automated phone system that will not let you speak to a live person. I'm just not going to accept that.

I had to come to this pharmacy because my usual pharmacy was closed. I spent almost 30 minutes with a technician just “creating a profile” and had to repeat myself at least five times. When I came back to actually get my prescription I found out my information wasn’t even entered correctly. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for everything to be corrected while repeating myself multiple times again. I’m not someone that normally writes reviews but this was incredibly frustrating and took way longer than it should have.

They don’t call when your prescription is ready. Finding out if it’s ready over the phone is impossible. Painful to do business with.

Best pharmacy ever. Always helpful friendly, and give options for our cost.

Everyone I have interacted with at this Pharmacy has been kind, courteous and super helpful. They are very professional and I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy in Target (Centerville). My family has been coming here for nearly 10 years and have never had a problem with them. I am baffled at the low rating and think more people likely just need to report on positive experiences.

I had a great experience at CVS Pharmacy in Centerville, UT. The associates were helpful, and the staff went above and beyond to help me get my prescription transferred to their pharmacy and filled. When I arrived to pick up my …

Horrible counter service. Five of us were in line 20 minutes before closing. The counter gal was servicing a customer with a larger order. She gave no care or consideration to those in line. She could easily have said I can’t take any …

A child could run this pharmacy better. Seriously, just find any child with a pulse and they could run this pharmacy better. Always a line, never have your prescriptions when they say they will, and then will completely forget to even fill …

We are required to use CVS for our insurance, so we have prescriptions filled here, otherwise we’d go anywhere else. They never have our prescriptions in stock and we have to wait days and days to get things. Their service at the counter is …

These guys are well staffed unlike many pharmacies. Tech Garett was awesome and tried to bring down cost on my families meds. Really appreciate when they take their time to help their customers.

I live in Salt Lake, but I make the trip to this pharmacy because they have been very helpful via phone and in-person. This is a team of very kind, hard-working, and helpful individuals!

Where do I start? Sooo many negative experiences by/from these order takers, that refer to themselves as pharmacists. They need to remember who keeps them in business. Checking with my insurance to see if I can go elsewhere. Maybe a place …
