I really like my pharmacist Jeralyn. I was diagnosed with something and was a total dumpster fire of a (not so hot) mess and she listened to me crying over the phone for about a half an hour once. She always asks me how I am feeling and doing since my last refill. I am happier now that I know what is wrong and it feels empowering to work with a pharmacist and a doctor's office that listens to me. Finally! She always has a smile on her face and is one of the nicest people I have met in Salt Lake City that seems to genuinely care about those picking up their scripts. She always fills me in on any thing that may interact with my ongoing prescriptions. Please always treat this lady with the utmost dignity, respect, and competitive wages!! She is a breath of fresh air and I always smile when I see she's working. Jeralyn is an invaluable and priceless professional in an otherwise (sometimes) "dog eat dog" world. ❤️🙏🏻
Had a top notch experience picking up my prescriptions. Even though this target is under a serious remodel, I was in an out quickly. Gerardo was a delight! Charming and informative, what more can you ask for from a pharmacy tech!?

Got a bad burn on my hand and the pharmacy my doctor originally sent it to didn't have and wouldn't have it for awhile I came and spoke to them and they took time to look and see if they had it and my prescription was ready fast after that and they were so helpful all of them are great!
only come here if you plan on waiting forever for your prescription. doctor ordered my prescription to be filled 2 days ago and they still haven’t finished “preparing” according to the CVS app. the pharmacists are nice but the other staff is quite rude and acts as if you are inconveniencing them bc you need to pick up a prescription. i had come from the hospital after being there overnight and needed to pick up meds i was supposed to take that night and they had me wait over an hour. EXTREMELY slow. i’m switching pharmacies the next time i go to the doctor
This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever used, not only compared to other CVS pharmacies. I have yet to meet a single pharmacist here with a friendly or helpful attitude. They all act like they are miserable and hate their job. They treat you like you’re an annoyance. Service is S-L-O-W, no matter the time or day you visit or how busy or quiet they are. Prepare to WAIT a lot and receive awful service. It’s truly a shame that Target allows these people to operate within their store. This place needs to be shut down because everything -from their medications’ availability and fulfillment to customer service- is TRASH!
Came in before closing on March 27th. The pharmacist was overwhelmed with backed up prescriptions and a line of customers. He had only one assistant to help him. He was still pleasant and helpful. He even joked with us. Thank you!! But he needs a little bit more help. Please hire another assistant. He deserves it.
The customer service at this CVS is absolutely horrendous. I’ve never been to a CVS, especially inside of a target that treats their customer in this manner and we will never be back. Not to mention they didn’t have even the basic supplies I needed. Do better CVS
Why are CVS pharmacist so mean? I've been on the same medications for over a decade, I always follow the rules, but they always question me. Does this happen to anyone else? I start having a panic attack just thinking about picking up my panic attack medication. I already switched CVS locations once because a pharmacist denied me my medication at the SugarHouse CVS. I feel I need to switch again. Does CVS pharmacy not want people to have their meds? This is how they make me feel all the time.
After waiting over an hour to pick up my antibiotic for my infected toe I was told by Erika that she was not sorry, and I asked to speak to her boss or a manager over the pharmacy she told me to figure it out myself. I'm beyond disappointed to be treated this way after choosing this preferred pharmacy for years. I hope she realizes the way she treated me was not only the definition of poor customer service but also a reflection of how she would want to be treated as a customer too. She also spoke clearly enough for me to hear her say to Marella that she is living in a nightmare that she cannot wake up from. If this is how your pharmacist feels, then you really need a break or to stop working!!

I had some issues with insurance that held up the line. While they were a bit understaffed they handled it well. I can’t thank the gentleman enough who helped me with my insurance issues and helped me get my prescription. I don’t remember his name but he had long hair and was very helpful.
