The new pharmacist wouldn’t give my wife her essential medication because we are newly wed and her last name changed. She refused to look at her health insurance card to see that the names matched.

Well I have transferred my prescriptions to CVS. I had positive inclination of switching. Initially, things didn’t go well. Many things were not consistent with what the staff were saying. Previously, I gave them a 3 star rating. As you can see, I increased it to4 stars. Once I am notified my controlled medication has been filled and they handle my prior authorization correctly, then I’ll revisit this review!

Fast and always friendly. The few times that don’t have my prescription they always have it the next day! So glad we moved to CVS, they are so much better than my old pharmacy

This pharmacy has awful customer service! They never know what is going with prescriptions and evertime you call (if they answer the phone) they tell you something different! This prescription was called in before noon and at 530 it still was not ready and I had to wait in line again! This happens everytime we get prescriptions field! If my insurance didnt require us to use CVS we would change pharmacies! The employees have no idea whats going on and have hung up on me because I was upset with their service!
