This could be worst pharmacy in the world . If you are about die you could go in there otherwise definitely even you shouldn’t pass in front of this pharmacy. One of my friend and me we went in there for our prescription . He said he transferred our prescription to cvs But he lied about that we tried twice get our medicine in CVS . They said he didn’t transferred prescription after that because of labor days now we should wait two more days for his mistake We are not able to get medicine until Tuesday …. He is so rude

I have a set of horrible experiences with this pharmacy. A year ago, it was great. The manager Rob was nice too. However, with time, I noticed a sudden change in Rob. He started acting rudely for no reason at all. A simple inquiry about a prescription would upset him. Another time, I requested if I could change the payment method after the fact and he got mad saying “we are done with the business; have a good day”. It was so out of blue that it shocked me. We continued because the rest of the staff were very helpful and copays are great. However, the situation started going south pretty quickly. He hung up his phone once saying I didn’t talk (I asked him if I he can hold for a minute but he hung up). Weird. The final straw was when he refused to listen to me on a medicine mix-up. Earlier, his staff acknowledged the issue and apologized. So when I went later, Rob was there. I tried to explain the mixup to Rob. Up until that point, I was politely explaining the situation on how I picked up my medicine instead of my child’s, but he literally said “What the hell are you talking?” and kept saying “if you aren’t happy with our service, you can stop and go elsewhere”. Note that I was genuinely trying to sort an issue assuming I owed them money but he refused to listen. Interestingly, his other staff kept apologizing to me all the time. I should have been mad but i am just shocked the way conversation turned out to be. I can’t tell if he is being racist or just having some mental health issues. I seriously suspect the latter and hope he gets better treatment. Done with my business with the pharmacy. Pity the staff though.

Belmont Pharmacy is the best! The pharmacist knows and cares about his customers and the service is incredible. So much better than a large corporate pharmacy. Shop local!

So happy I switched to Belmont Pharmacy! After such a headache trying to deal with CVS, the care and attention that BP gives is so refreshing. Highly recommend!!

I am one more person ever grateful for Belmont Pharmacy for myself and my mother. I've never been disappointed with the service, prices, promptness. In fact, the owner and his staff have more than once gone the extra mile for my complicated prescriptions (without even telling me all the hoops they had to jump through to acquire them--till much later). This is truly an outreach for the health of the community. I can even add (as another reviewer mentioned) that once, Belmont Pharmacy even saved my life. Many thanks for being there!

Bob and his staff are great! They always answered my questions and would explain things if needed. I would definitely recommend Belmont Pharmacy to ANY chain. At the chain there will always be new faces who won't get to know you and your needs. I am glad my family and I have all of our prescriptions filled through them.

They are not helpful at all, and they told me the medicine I urgently needed was at a different location, but it wasn’t there either. I really needed to get my medicine, so I absolutely do not recommend going there.

Wow. I wanted to believe the good reviews about the nice neighborhood pharmacy and we transferred all our meds for a few months. The people seemed nice enough, but there were a number of mistakes including mixing up my medications with my husband’s. At one point I placed an order for a medication and was told it might take a week to receive. I said it was fine and that I wasn’t in a hurry, but I never heard from them. My husband stopped by three weeks later and was told it would be a couple more days. When I stopped by a week later to inquire, the pharmacist claimed I’d never made the order. He proceeded to mock me for asking for my medication. I’ve never been treated so rudely! He continued to rant for several minutes and interrupted whenever I tried to speak. I had no choice but to walk out while he was screaming after me. I honestly think he has a mental disorder or something. It was so out of the blue and completely uncalled for.

I was going to the CVS next door and finally had enough with their dysfunction so one day, I walked over to Belmont Pharmacy asking how hard would it be to transfer my prescription. Pharmacist Robert took care of everything and I couldn't thank him enough for instead of me being on hold with CVS, he was on my behalf. I've been coming here monthly ever since and every visit I am greeted right away and always by name. Robert and his staff do not mind answering any question you have. And the best part? My prescription is ALWAYS ready when promised. Transfer from CVS. You won't regret it.

I never thought I'd be taking the time to leave a review about a pharmacy, but here I am- These guys are the best. Bob and his two (forgive me if there are more) employees are knowledgeable, kind, funny, prompt, caring... All the things lacking at CVS or Walgreens and They actually care here. A++++
