I’m so happy! I recently lost my insurance and my prescription was going to be $160. The women at the counter helped me find coupons to get my prescription for way cheaper!! I wish I remembered her name!
The last time I am coming here. Had the employees shut the gate in my face while I was walking up for their 30 min lunch break. Came back later that night and the gate was still open but the pharmacist told me she was closed (it was 6:02 by time it was my turn) it would of taken her 30 seconds to grab my prescription, all I had to do was sign. Today I go back and they have one person working the counter and 11 people in line. Go somewhere else.
I consistently have issues getting my refills and prescriptions filled- even when they’re sent directly from my drs. The pharmacy assistances are not knowledgeable either. I don’t have issues at any other CVS pharmacies- just this one.
Amy is the rudest, most unpleasant employee I’ve ever come across at any CVS pharmacy location. I have been coming here for almost two years, and staff like Jimmy and others are awesome. Kind, helpful, patient. I needed to know if an RX was called in, and was barked at by “Amy” it was “out of stock and would be here Monday” (4 days). Barked. We are human beings, not subservient poodles. This location is NEVER completely out of my RX, so I asked if there was a partial. She didn’t even answer just said “come back in a few hours.” I asked how many on the partial and she barked “60!” (Mind you out of 90. Unbelievable. I said “thank you,” to which she said nothing. I was polite to her the entire time but when she didn’t respond to the thank you I proceeded to tell her that she was one of the most unpleasant workers I have encountered in recent memory. I said I worked at a pharmacy for two years at one point in my formative years, and I couldn’t even begin to imagine speaking to a customer like that. So … kids and humans alike, have yourself a GREAT day with the caveat you AVOID AMY. Your blood pressure and significant other will thank you profusely. God where do they get these workers from? If I behaved remotely like that at work I’d be canned. The standards here are SO LOW. My mother used to tell me people had to go to bed with themselves and to feel sorry for them. I guess this is one of those cases. Walking up to a counter and having the worker hate you is not really you. It’s their miserable and shriveled human like existence in a small confined period of time we get to live, play and love to our best capacity/ability. Time is running out fast for Amy. Taken it from experience, it takes a concerted effort to be a better person. Look inwardly Amy, and ask yourself … “Is THIS what I want my legacy to be?”
I, like most people; I love🏪CVS. ..And I could teach a class on how to get out of there PAYING HARDLY🤏🏼ANYTHING by using ALL THE CVS🧾BUCKS you have from the week before! Then BUYING💰 MORE STUFF that gives you CVS💲BUCKS, and PAYING for THOSE with the CVS💵BUCKS you acquired LAST WEEK! 🤑Next week use the CVS💸BUCKS you got this week! Pay PENNIES🪙ON THE DOLLAR every time! Works ESPECIALLY well with💄MAKEUP!
Finally switched back to rite aid. It’s worth the drive. I started noticing that my tretinoin prescription was tiny, 1/4 the size I was getting at rite aid. Then they forgot to give me a measuring cup for a liquid medication. The final straw was when I was prescribed 9 pills instead of 18 for my most recent prescription. I wonder if there is fraud happening at this point.
Be careful of sending your prescriptions to this pharmacy, they will change your prescription so you pay more, they don’t care if you’re low income and dependent on the medication, I am not talking $10 or $20 dollars more they are charging me $100 for insulin! Never in my life paid that much for insulin. I wish my insurance works with Walgreens coz CVS is horrible. The FTC is suing them because of this!
On Target. The pharmacy is awkwardly located, always busy, and can be a hassle. The staff is nice but I'm sure they deal with a lot of crap. It's not them, it just always busy and can be chaotic.
I used to like this cvs pharmacy Target here at sunset because it’s very near to my place but now since they give me a open /reaped prescription and there are something missing on that kit box I think I might change my pharmacy they steal inside that container what’s included there that so sad and I received my metformin with dust with hairs
My dentist sent the prescription to the wrong CVS, however the pharmacist Transferred the prescription to the store where we were. I just had to wait half an hour. This CVS was in a Target and there's always something I need at Target- And CVS, for that matter. I called the wife and asked if she wanted anything- She did. It was a half hour well spent!
I live out of the area and needed to get a prescription delivered to a family member. CVS works with Shipt through the CVS app which was a little confusing, but Jimmy could not have been more helpful. He got everything entered for me and …
I would recommend not filling your prescription here. I initially thought it would be convenient with parking and my other shopping, but this CVS makes you call in to fill your prescription after your doctor has called it in. This CVS acts …
Jimmy and his team at the Sunset location are amazing. They go above and beyond each time I'm there. As someone with a medical disability and allergies to various meds, it is important for me to have a pharmacist who cares and does their …
So far best CVS in Target, staff really knows what they're doing. I used to go to Glendale Target CVS but had too many issues with the staff not being knowledgeable to fill my prescription, ended up coming back to Target Sunset CVS and no issues, plus it's close to home.
I was put on a medication that seems like nobody carries. It's also incredibly expensive and it's also right before my insurance ends and I really should have more insurance than I do because my boss/ former boss didn't provide it when he said he would and isn't providing equivalent amount now
🌞 Bright and bustling with happy shoppers. Found my items right away and received good directions from helpful staff. …
Honestly, much better customer/patient service than competitors across the street. I feel better served here. Less wait time to pickup and pharmacists are very nice and helpful.
Took my parents to this location and we made a good choice coming to this pharmacy,The staff was very friendly especially the pharmacist "Jimmy" very knowledgeable and answered all our questions...he is the best!!! Keep it up~
George, the Pharmacist at the Sunset Target in Hollywood, really made it clear that I matter as a person and promptly responded to my most needed medication within the hour --he delivered and I give him proper respect and kudos for that!!
I always get the worst service here. They’ve refused to give me my medication multiple times for no reason. Then I have to go out of my way to transfer my prescriptions to another location. I’m fairly certain they’re racist
