My absolute worst experience at any pharmacy ever. The staff is rude. They all talk over you interrupting anything I have to say. . I have been lied to about my medication the cost my insurance and the time it has taken to even fill it. My 2 nd time in 40 years using this pharmacy and it will definitely be my last time. I was treated with judgement and talked to as if I have zero integrity. Do better at being a human.
Update 12/13/21 Update 12/13/12 what a mess it has been. If I only has the time to update more often. Pharmacy manager A.C. refused to fill meds on a Sunday night because she did not have time to count . I explain to her that I am leaving town before the pharmacy opens and she told me I would have to change my plans. I asked for her managers contact information and was given 1800 kroger. I'm sure she think I have forgotten but nope just busy. It's an excuse every single time you go. The employees minus a couple of the really nice techs are always rude. The younger gentleman with the hats on all the time is the rudest person I have ever experienced in the customer service industry. We have no switched to a local pharmacy that delivers for free . My scripts are cheaper and the staff is amazing . So long Kroger, it won't take much longer until the store is out of business. Update 5/10/21 Scripts called in and another excuse as to why they cannot be filled today. We were now told the scripts are in central? and will the pharmacy is unable to fill them until tomorrow. Every single time it is always something, some reason,, some excuse,, etc.. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.. Customer service is extremely disappointing. Scripts are never ever ready. Then if you have to call and check it is rude attitude from the tech to the pharmacist. I am an extremely unhappy customer and will be shopping other pharmacies to find one that will care about its customers and PATIENTS. I could go on and on with my experiences but I always try to pass it off and hope for a better experience next time but I cannot anymore. Even if you call and are told they will be ready be prepared to wait an hour sometimes. Absolutely ridiculous and mismanaged. Kroger please fix this and bring back the Kroger that we all loved a few years ago. I have been given other patients medication. The prices are never right. It's just always something and it use to be the BEST. Such a shame.
On multiple occasions they have given us specific times the prescription would be ready and when we showed up it wasn't and they couldn't find it. On the most recent trip we were told it would be filled and ready. Came to pick it up 2 days later and were told it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when they would have it. But we were never notified that it wouldn't be in. We will not be going back.
They never send a text to let us know our prescription is ready. Gave us a time, we showed up and then told an hour later again. Very slow. We are switching pharmacies. Numerous times this has happened. The extra drive will be worth it.
Rudest pharmacy staff on the planet!!! Pharmacist even said HSHS is nothin but a band aide hospital how rude, no one in line, no one waiting pharmacist and rude asst said I would have to wait 30 minutes for them to fill prescription because that’s how it is!!
Worst pharmacy in Decatur!! Never notify you that your script is ready until AFTER you pick it up it’s NEVER ready when it says the staff is super rude once they only gave me half my script and took over a week to figure out what happened then no apology just laughed about it every single time it’s horribly long wait that’s IF it’s ready! Do not go here!!
Script called in at 8am yet they always "just got it" when I arrive at 4-5pm... and oh god why so slow you will stand there in line for 20 mins and be told it now will be 30 mins for them to get it ready....
Helpful staff! Friendly service! Shorter wait period than another area chain pharmacy drive up!
