I needed a medication ASAP!! My doctor sent the script before 5 pm. I called the pharmacy to verify a time before making the trip and was told it wouldn’t be ready till the next day. Beyond frustrated that one important script couldn’t be filled in 4 hours. Another recent trip- following an ER visit, my daughter needed nausea, pain meds and antibiotics. After waiting over one hour in line. I was only able to get ONE script!! The other two nausea and antibiotic won’t be filled till late the next day!! This place is a joke!! Hire more staff or close down.

If you have ever been here, I probably wouldn't have to tell you why I'm giving them no more than ⭐⭐, if you are looking for a pharmacy, I can only tell you how continually bad my personal experience was. In full disclosure: one good thing (the only one coming to mind) about Kroger pharmacy, the only reason I stayed as long as I had... they had one really good employee

This pharmacy has the worst turnaround time for prescription refills. A few of the female pharmacists are downright rude and act like it’s a huge imposition to serve customers by filling their prescriptions. I dread dealing with them every month when I pick up my sons meds

I’m unsure who Brian is but he was absolutely rude over the phone. Cut me off at multiple moments during the call and even hung up on me. All I was attempting to do was check in on my progesterone meds since I’m in the early stages of my pregnancy.

I go to Brettwood Pharmacy about 3 times a month. The staff is great and friendly. Reasonable prices. And I can shop if I drop off scripts. Nice place to go.

So many things wrong with this pharmacy. Takes forever to get a prescription filled. My wife has had prescriptions take 4 or 5 days to process. Go someplace else and save yourself the stress.
