I know some people comment on the limited hours, but this is hands-down the most friendly and consistent pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I hate to do this - giving this pharmacy two stars when apparently they do a great job. It's about the hours. Only open from 9 to 6, M-F??? That's just so very inconvenient. I can manage to have most of my scripts sent electronically and arrange for delivery (if I don't have to be home). I WORK M-F from 9 to 6. Taking an hour out of my day when I really shouldn't have to... well it's a no go for me. My suggestion would be to change your hours to 12pm to 8pm on any two days. THAT would be fantastic!

The owner is fantastic! The young folk are always amazing! Now I'm talking directly to the both male and female pharmacist. You both are very rude and very toxic. Yelling at me when I asked what was already promised to me. Please take a vacation or find some happiness? Your emotions are valid but your response is inappropriate and childish. If you cannot handle the patients, speak up. I hear complaints all night and I can still sit and be patient. You dont have this superpower.

Great experience start to finish. I've used CVS and Walgreens and had bad experiences at both. No long wait times and I can always get someone on the phone. I picked my medicine up and the person who helped me was so nice and helpful. My new pharmacy for sure.

This pharmacy uses an app called Nimble where you can pre-pay and get notifications about your medication; I am shocked at how quick and easy it was to pick up!! I'm never returning to a large commercial pharmacy with long waits and bad customer service. Thank You Ultra Care!!

I have only had good experiences when dealing with this Ultra Care Pharmacy. They are kind and it is so easy to get someone on the phone when you need to talk to them. When I call CVS, I feel like I could’ve ran a marathon and still be on hold. Staff is always knowlegdable and customer service is great! If you want great customer service and your medication, send your Rx’s here.

This pharmacy is the absolute best. My prescription has been difficult to fill (almost always on back order, but Ultra Care has always been able to get it filled when needed). Plus it is a formulary, so if your doctor has a special drug or combination, they can put it together for you. A service that is not something that Giant, CVS or Walgreens can provide. 5 stars plus!
