great service, friendly and personable and they make sure all the discounts that are possible are applied. Never have to wait and they text me when my meds are ready.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This place is a train wreck with prescriptions! My husband has 10 different medications filled here and EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess something up. They have put the incorrect number on the bottle numerous times of the prescription if for example the doctor has changed it to say 90 pills in the bottle from 76 they’ll put 90 on the bottle but give you 76 and swear they gave you 90 and then blame the customer for over medicating which causes it’s owns issues in itself. Depending on what prescription is being filled they have an attitude about it all the time. None of them are friendly. We will call in three prescriptions to be filled. Go pick them up and only one will be given to us, but the other two are finished as well because we called ahead of time to verify. But we won’t get them and then sometimes we don’t check because you know it is their job until we’re home and they’re closed and we don’t have the medication That He needs to have you know for his health. One time they did not put the correct amount of medication in his bottle but had it listed with the correct number and when it was noticed, we called and they called us liars so we called the doctor and she called and modified the prescription and the pharmacist refused to fill the modified prescription, unless he “husband” signed paperwork stating that he over took his medication that he did not even receive which is now labeled on his record at the pharmacy like he’s an addict, the doctor was upset about the situation, but unfortunately, this was the only way my husband could get the medication he had to have from the pharmacist. This incident interfered with my husband’s health, which therefore interfered with his job, which therefore interfered with him being able to provide for his family. Some thing has got to be done about this pharmacy. I’m sure I could find a reputable big news station that would love a story like this because I know several people in the area that have the same type of issues. It’s does however makes you wonder if a pharmacist or pharmacy tech is pocketing all these extra medication‘s that’s being listed a 90 on the bottle, but only 70’s being put in there And they will flat out Call you a liar when you tell them that you didn’t get the full prescription. I’ve gotten to the point where I want to dump out each prescription in front of them and make them count them to me and then check everything on the bottle which I should never have to do. I should be able to trust the pharmacist is doing their job properly, considering they went to school for however long to do this job correctly, especially considering you’re putting peoples lives at risk if prescriptions are not being filled properly or given correctly whatever else they may have going on over there. It’s very frustrating because we’ve been customers since moving to NC almost 10 years ago and my dad is a Kroger employee of over 30 years. Makes me want to take my grocery and pharmacy business elsewhere.
I always love Harris Teeter Pharmacies, but this one is odd!! I am out of town so had my prescription transferred here; it’s in state so should be no issue. I couldn’t get them to answer the phone but was able to transfer it online, said it would be ready by 4. I went there at 5 and the girl looked up by my name, birthdate, and phone number and said she didn’t have anything for me. I finally found the prescription number and gave it to her. Without entering it in the computer, she knew what medicine it was for, so I feel like she was not being honest. She said they would get to it later... I asked for an estimate because it’s just 2 prepackaged pills that they only have to label it. She said maybe 45 mins to an hour! Just wow! I’ve never had an HT Pharmacy make me wait an hour when I was already in the store and they have had the prescription all day. Very disappointed!
By far the nicest and most helpful pharmacy team. They go above and beyond, they seem to remember everyone, they even found me a coupon when my insurance didn’t cover much of a medication. Even when they are busy, they thoughtfully answer questions and genuinely care. Y’all are great!
Ever since the new pharmacy staff has started, the quality of customer service and care has gone down drastically. Now you can't even get them to answer the phone, and the rudeness of some of the pharmacy techs is just despicable.
I hope you have a lot of patience because they don't answer the phone very quickly. I have had several instances where they filled my medicine twice. If not careful they could kill someone.
Prescription was called in prior to store opening for us to pick up on our way through town. Pharmacist refused to check voicemail to check for prescription being called in.
Always proficient, explains your medication to you. Sometimes the wait time can be fairly long but once it’s your time they treat you like your the only one !
The pharmacist is not nice! Nasty and rude but the techs that work with her make up for her because they are awesome.
Always timely and always friendly😄 …
