Lied to me about filling a prescription and had me wait until very last minute to refill. Was told it would be ready though. I waited and came in to be told it was being put on hold. I had just switched from my other pharmacy because of rates and location. Had my Dr switch pharms and was able to get it filled and picked up same day elsewhere. I would suggest using someone else if you are thinking of switching. Either they have no idea what they are doing or i do not know.. something.

Daniella from cascade pharmacy, went above and beyond for me today. Making multiple calls and sending multiple faxes, trying to get my Antibiotic prescription transfered and filled as I am in pain. The staff is awesome, with the demands of a high patient volume, they have quick wait times. The option of doing the drive through has been a relief and bonus when needed! I have moved and tried a few other pharmacies and it’s a nightmare, with Cascade if I have a question I call and someone actually answers the phone instead of having to listen to a recording and being on hold for hours and never getting through. Big things to the staff. They’ve always been very helpful and willing to find solutions for situations and issues I’ve had in the past.
Used to be awesome but has gone way downhill. The last two times I have sent in a refill my meds weren’t “ordered” for 4 days. This is a common prescription and wasn’t on hand. They admitted that they are behind and no one even looked at my order to process for 4 days. Then for some reason they waited another day to even order it themselves. What should have been next day turn around became a weeklong saga to get my meds.
I used to love this pharmacy, they used to be so helpful. Lately now every month there’s something missing (or something wrong) when my mother or I pick up our meds. This place is probably great if you don’t rely on 5+ prescriptions just to function. I appreciate all they do and how nice most of the folks are down there, and I know it’s not an easy job. But I do wish that getting everything sorted was easier for both parties.
Like the drive thru but I am not happy with the lack of communication on diabetes medicine. Unacceptable
I was just diagnosed with panic attacks 9/17/2024 had my prescription sent to Cascade pharmacy went to pick them up later that evening said they don't do same day turn over even though right here on their website says prescriptions within 20 minutes (false). Anyways 9/18/2024 my husband called to see if my prescription was ready because I was in a full panic attack on the verge of losing consciousness they told him it would still be several more hours. He finally went to pick them up a couple hours later and the hold up was on ibuprofen my doctor had prescribed awhile back so the staff essentially let me suffer over some ibuprofen. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP. Why put up with rude staff that obviously don't care about the customer whatsoever.
I am changing my review after my Doctor sent in a prescription and Cascade refused to fill my prescription because it was faxed. They took it upon themselves to discontinue it without notifying me or the doctor. When peoples health is dependent on medication. This is unacceptable. Also, they won't take discount cards for prescription's. Struggled to get a prescription after 5 days, doctor approved it this place refused to fill it. This place is terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.
