Kroger Pharmacy

This is the only pharmacy I've ever dealt with that doesn't notify you about prescription ready for pick up, let alone prescription recieved. Convenient location and fairly quick pick up but not a good pharmacy overall.

I just want to share how wonderful Kim the pharmacist is at this location. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer gets every discount available. I had a real problem Pricewise with one of my prescriptions because the system said I was on Medicare and I’m not even old enough to be eligible. She stayed on the phone with the people from the government to get this rectified. Wonderful, wonderful service.

They do their best. Better performance than the pharmacy chains with half the staff. Also, one of the few pharmacies that partner with GoodRx Gold that are left in the area. Without that support I wouldn't have been able to afford my medication while waiting for my medicaid to be approved. Edit: changing my rating from a 5 bc of this one pharmacist who has a terrible attitude. On the phone, in person, the whole deal. I cant say how much I liked them before my interaction with this person. They still get a 3 bc they're still taking goodrx gold.

The phone customer service is not great. In person it’s fine, but on the phone they have little patience for your questions and concerns and hang up before even saying bye or your done talking. Most people getting medication are really dealing with something very difficult in their lives or the lives of a loved one. It’s hard enough being sick and then having to deal with rudeness from the people who are giving you what you need to get better is much worse. There is no way around it if you need their service. I really would hate to switch pharmacies. My other pharmacy was always mixing things up and they never had the medication ready even when they would call and say it was. So I switched to this one which is closer to me. Like I said, I hope I won’t have to change pharmacies yet again.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Never have meds and their ignorance causes you to have to go back and forth multiple times to finally get what you need. You would think people who work in a pharmacy would have common sense, and most probably do, But these guys do not. If I could give it negative stars I would. And there’s one lady up there that is extremely rude and better than you bc she’s a pharmacist.

Not good. They are frequently out of medicines and make no apologies over patients making duplicate trips to pick up scripts. They will send you text indicating ready but you get there and nothing. I will pull all my scripts out of this "pharnacy". Not that they will care.

These folks that work at this pharmacy are friendly and go above and beyond! I would mention names but it seems to me that everybody that works here is amazing! You've got my business for years to come! Thank you for the personal touch that I personally feel that puts your entire staff a notch above your competitors! Keep up the great workď

I am extremely disappointed in this pharmacy! This is the only pharmacy that carried my children's ADHD medicine and can get it in a reasonable amount of time but the last couple times this place has been so unorganized it's infuriating!! I dropped my prescription off on a Monday. Got a text saying it will be ready Thursday. Go to pick it up Friday and they tell me it's not ready until Monday by noon. I'm already annoyed because now I'm gong to have a rough weekend and my kids won't have their meds for their testing... Monday comes I call at 1245 and inquire, they state they need another hour. I make it known how long I've been waiting and I was highly disappointed. I get a text bout 30mins later saying that the prescription is ready. Come to pick it up and the gentleman looks around for the meds for about 5mins. It was clear as day he didn't know where it was. When he finds it he ask if I could wait a little onget for them to fill it!!! Like I said if this wasn't the only place that I could get my kids medicine from I would never come here AGAIN!

Very knowledgeable and polite staff. Extremely fast service considering how busy they are. I switched from a different pharmacy to this one and will never go anywhere else.
