I have gone back and forth with a love hate relationship with this pharmacy. But despite some issues I have always appreciated the kindness of the staff - until now. Despite you expecting me to wait until Feb 19 for a 30-day supply of medication that ran out on Feb 16 (30 days from date it was filled which was Jan 17) I was willing to wait to have it filled today. I even apologized for not checking before coming in. But Anup decided he needed to argue with me and give me an attitude, telling me the medication can't be auto-refilled (no one expected an auto-refill. I call my doctor every month for this) and essentially threatening to not fill the prescription that I needed today if I didn't keep quiet. So I kept quiet and that is the last time I will ever use a Kroger pharmacy. You can see in my records I have been a long time pharmacy customer. I hope asserting your authority even though you were dead wrong was worth it.

Not bad service most of the time, exceptionally good service from the actual pharmacist. I have no insurance and he always checks serval places to make sure I'm getting the best discount card.

They take a VERY long time to fill prescriptions. The head pharmacist (Anoot??) LOVES to not fill prescriptions and doesn’t let anyone know - just waits for you to call and check on it.

E-scribed prescriptions do not work well here. Pharmacy techs don't know what prescriptions you are to have ir why they can receive some prescriptions and not others. Automated machine calls weeks after you have picked up prescriptions. Stick to Retail pharmacies like CVS or other popular local pharmacies.
